Yes my first order was a mess but I call back and Kenny took care of me.

ordered 2 sets of wings and a pizza, didn't get either set of wings with the right sauce or sizes, then the pizza was almost entirely wrong.

tried to call and they hung up on me before I said anything the first time, then was on hold trying to rectify things for over 45 minutes before giving up

Never got my order was sent to the wrong house, called the store they sent out another order that wasn’t mine. Called the store again to request a refund was told they can’t process a refund after telling me it’ll be refunded in 3-5 business days. Sucky location, with sucky employees.

The food was ok, but this is quite possibly the dirtiest location I've ever seen. Trash all over the parking lot, two whole pizzas just laying in the grass in front. The inside looks like it desperately needs to be cleaned.

After getting one of the worst looking pizzas ever delivered, the company facebook not responding, the customer service line not helping, and the store keeping us on hold for over 25 minutes and then hanging up. Fine, I'm not accepting this and costing 30 dollars.

Why are you keeping people outside in 25 degree weather saying your lobby is closed, but not answering the phone or communicating with the people outside?

Why, when I show you this abomination of a product, you give me attitude?

There are several more issues to talk about, but I'm done giving you my time and my money, all you are getting from me moving forward is me telling everyone - everyway I can to stay away from this store and your company.
