Robert earned an A+++ for customer service! On one of the busiest pizza nights, before the Peach Bowl, this place was packed, with screen after screen of orders. The team was working smoothly and with urgency. Robert showed great leadership by example.

This Papa Johns is NOT in the business of making money. Multiple days placing orders of $500 with $60+ tip for the driver to drive less than 5 minutes down the road. The employee states they are the only one there, and the General Manager won't answer calls or texts? This place clearly isn't in the business of turning a profit, or making pizza. SAD!

Placed order on line with pickup. Upon arriving order was ready, on time, however it was incorrect. Both employees were apologetic and said they will make a new one that would be correct. It seems less than 10.min and had hot fresh correct order. Thanks guys

Truck driver from here. Showed up they were swamped but the night crew Amber /lelahon were super friendly (DESPITE BEING SWAMPED). They were fast and courteous. I have eaten out pretty much everywhere in the US, and I've had a handful of pleasant.THIS IS WAS ONE OF THEM

Omg No one has on gloves or hair nets - The floor was Clean but the Pizza shows the reflection of the employees attitude toward making the Pizza - it was sloppy & undercooked

Ordered a pickup online, didn't tip, so I ended up trying to place my toppings evenly among the other 6 slices. Looked like they just scooped the toppings up and dumped them in one place... So, if you want all your slices to have your toppings on them, MAKE SURE YOU PAY THAT EXTRA MONEY AND TIP THEM FOR DOING THEIR JOB THEY'RE GETTING PAID TO DO...

So i tried ordering the pizza online and was unable to order it the way I wanted but when I got in I spoke with the lady that worked there (AMBER) and she helped me out not only in making it so the pizza could be the way I wanted it this time but also explained to me how I could have it done easier even though online wont let you. It was nice to have that kind of customer service again as I find some of the papajohns around this area really lack that. She personally made it a good experience that I would be willing to go there again even though it's not the closest to my house
The appeared very understaffed. The app said a 20 mins pickup window. When I arrived after 25 mins the worker told me my order had not been started and I would need to wait another 20 mins until it would be ready and if I still wanted it. A little frustrating but the pizza was good when we got it.

I had an issue with my pizza last night and was told I could return it today. When I arrived I was greeted by Nicki and Robert who quickly resolved it with so much kindness. I’m also very appreciative of the manager from last night calling and apologizing as well. I’ll go back from their customer service alone. It was greatly appreciated ❤️
