Ordered our normal food order from the store. Boxes came soaked with grease because the breadsticks had what i'm assuming is a gallon of oil poured on them. The sausage pizza had an airbubble 1/4th the size of the pizza
We also ordered 4 2 liters 1 Dr pepper, 1 mntn dew, 1 Pepsi, 1 stary (caffeine free option) gave us 2 mtn dews because they were out of stary (never called to ask)
Josh the opening manager was rude on the phone when I tried to ask him what we could do to make it right, he told me to bring the food to store and he would remake it, when I explained that I don't have a vehicle he hung up on me so I proceeded to call back and ask when the store manager would be in and he said I could complain online and hung up on me again

I'm not sure if it's just an issue with this manager but we rarely have issues with our order, the drivers know us and always greet with a smile, we always tip well, and always try to be kind as we are both GMs for another pizza franchise so we understand lateness and things like that stores get busy (mind you this was 11:30am)

Took 1.5 hours and they literally stole money from me lol. Prepared for delivery with 20% tip and my pizza was delivered by door dash for some reason? And then they sent me a 50% off coupon to make up for it. So you steal $35 and offer me half off a pizza. It’s been about a week and my original review has been deleted. Until this day have yet to get a refund for my order. Called the store 10x no one answers finally call corporate and they transfer me to the manager forcing him to answer me and go goes “oh my goooooosh that never made ittttttttt????!” Like no bro you emailed me a 50% off coupling before I even KNEW my pizza wasn’t showing up. So yeah I got straight up ROBBED by papa. Literally just don’t do it don’t order from here, you potentially might just be spending your money for zero reason. Oh yeah this was like Christmas Eve family dinner to top it off 🤣

The employees in the back had shower shoes on with no socks. The pizza was very, very nasty.The barbecue sauce had spoiled the chicken had spoiled. I would not recommend ever eating at this place unless you want to Catch a funny disease.I got home and threw my pizza away I was scared to eat it just the smell it's self made me sick.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza and 2 special garlic dipping sauces. There were 3 people in the delivery vehicle including the driver. The pizza had slid to one side of the box and it was missing the dipping sauce. I have been a customer of this location for 10 years now and this was the worse service and because it had slid to one side of the box the pizza was sub standard. I was very disappointed with this order. Addendum: I spoke with the store manager and Papa Johns made this good.
Called for a carry out order, they said it would be 2.5 hours. I've worked here. It takes less than 10 minutes to make a pizza, and cook it. What a joke.

I ordered sauced wings, these are barely sauced at all!. I also ordered bleu cheese dip, NOT ranch! Pay attention to the order. The "wings" just take like cheap chicken nuggets. I want a credit for this crap on my next order. I am very disappointed.
