I ordered a pizza 🍕 here a few weeks back and there were hairs baked in the cheese. I paid $50 for the pizza. After contacting the store and customer service I was told my money would be refunded on three separate occasions. A month later and I still don't have a refund. This is a perfect example of HORRIBLE customer service and bad business practices. I have attached the pictures of the hair in my pizza to this review. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Don’t bother ordering wings from this location. 3 times I’ve given them chances to fix their issues and 3 times they failed. Ordered wings and when they arrives they were lightly drizzled with sauce😂 literally more plain wing than sauced wing. ZERO sauce on the bottoms. Layed the wings in the box and drizzled a few lines of sauce on top. Can I get some damn sauce with my wings 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ this is our last time ordering from this location

I called in to order bread sticks in 16 pieces of chicken wings to go in went i come to pick it up this person in front she is trying to skip me in asked that person behind me in this person behind she told her that she is next in line in after that she handed me my but it was wrong order my order it was bread sticks in 16 pieces of chicken wings in i open my it was 6 of chicken in medium pizza

I’m traumatized, I just witnessed the older lady with long hair down her back with no net on flipping the pizza dough across her arms. Why would you do that. We do not know where your arms have been it’s nasty. She knew I was watching. The day I decided to leave my phone in the car. She then hid behind a gentleman because she knew I was watching her. I I left she just eyed me. I won’t be back and people wonder why they are getting sick from fast food. The health department might need to investigate them.

Solely a 1 star because they NEVER get the sauce counts right and still take my money. For example, the Oreo bites already come with 1 icing cup. So if I ADD an icing cup, 1+1=2. Never have gotten it right with cheese or marinara

I meant to write this months ago. 5 stars all around the board for this Papa John’s. Emailed them weeks before my baby shower asking if they could give me a deal on a big order of pizza and breadsticks. (of course it wasn’t a big deal if I paid full price). I show up the day of my baby shower to grab my order i had placed weeks beforehand, and the entire bill was comped. I was in true disbelief and almost in tears because it was a big order! THANK YOU to the manger (and other employees) at this Papa John’s. He doesn’t realize how much that meant to me, helped me, and I’m extremely grateful and will always remember the kind gesture! I order here weekly and it’s hot and delicious each and every time. They always will make it right if it’s wrong. Can’t wait for my baby boy to get older so he can enjoy some yummy pizza from PAPA JOHNS. Again.. thank you Camby Papa John’s keep slaying and baking.

This location is ALWAYS over cooking my pizza and they’re not very personable. They should only over cook a pizza if a customer asks for it. The one on Washington makes better pizza.

Not only have they raised their prices, but they are also getting really selfish with the toppings. There are never enough to spread around the entire pizza. It looks like it's half the amount it used to be, or less!
