ordered a medium pizza with pepperonis, garlic knots and boneless wings, delivery eta said 35 minutes. it took alittle over an hour for my food to show up and every bit of it was room temperature. i live 8 minutes away from this store so there has to be a negligence on getting the food out and delivered in a proper time after it has been made. when im getting charged 5 dollars for a delivery fee on top of them wanting me to tip i expect it to be done right.

Never had a problem with the little things but me getting charged $5 for a tip I never authorized and when brought up to management no one knows anything so I feel someone running a scam and the only thing being cooked is the books this store like many others here should be investigated

I dont often order pizza, but when i do its from this papa johns. They have the best crust in the game. I heard a rumor that they still hand make their dough! The people here are the real reason to stop by, always friendly. Food is always hot fresh and tastey. 10/10 will return.

Just ordered over $40 worth of pizza and 1 pasta... asked for extra sauce and well done. This picture is the pizza I got. 2 slices had bascially no sauce, no toppings. And very little if any cheese...I get it's dinner rush but to put almost nothing on 2 slices is ridiculous. This is one of the main reasons I don't order from Papa Johns anymore... Prices are higher and usually stingy with toppings but sauce and cheese? Come on yall

I have ordered pizza for delivery, three hours and several phone calls later still no food, last time I called they said they dont deliver to my area, which I have had them here many times. Manager argued with me when I told her yes you do damn it. She told me not to order from there again and did not refund my 30.00. Very bad customer relationship, and rude! NEVER AGAIN
