We enjoy Papa Johns Pizza! Especially when we invite our neighbors over. Their website is easy to order from. Our pizzas and breadsticks are perfect! Fresh and hot.

Mike went above and beyond with his excellent customer service — he was friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was exactly what I wanted. It's people like Mike that make this location stand out. The lady working the counter late last night was not friendly or courteous or anything. As I left, I said thank you have a nice night and she had an upset look on her face and just stormed away from me and said nothing! Needless to say, I won’t be spending any more money here!

Absolutely horrible pizza. This is the second bad experience it just as many years. We decided to give this place another try and ordered a XL meat pizza and order of cheese stix. The website keep showing our pizza was in oven for the whole hour we waited. So they need to update status while using the app. When the door dash driver showed up our food was luke warm at best, after waiting a hour. Our pizza and cheese Stix had bare minimum cheese on it. Some of the slices had bare spots with only pizza sauce(picture included). Needless to say, we will not order another pizza from this Papa Johns establishment.

Was at the Papa John’s on Fox Rd and it was a clown show. 2 young girls with headsets on literally sitting on the counter making out! Screwing around in their phones and with each other while I stood there waiting. Minimal customer interaction. Sickening and as unprofessional as I’ve ever seen. They need to be fired. NEVER going back
The employees are great! The atmosphere and food has changed for the worse. There is a peculiar smell when you enter the store, it does not smell like pizza is being cooked. The pizza is tasteless. I think the cheese has changed to probably a blend of cheese instead of 100% mozzarella. Also I think they may have a plumbing problem at this location. I will no longer order food from this location.

So, I placed my order online and picked it up on time, I asked for a square cut. I've learned to look at my order before I leave the store. I realized that they tried to correct their mistake by cutting over the triangles into squares. I asked for a new pizza to be made and that I would be back to pick it up. This time I realized the crust was not garlic parmesan, so once again, they remade the pizza. I'm certain they are not paying attention to instructions. However, within 10 to 12 minutes, they had a fresh pizza, and they gave me the other pizza as well. I appreciate their efforts to make a wrong right!

Overall, the flavor is good, and we really enjoy the epic stuffed crust. That stated, the last two times we have requested light sauce as we always do. Each time the sauce has been heavy. I am not certain they are paying attention to the order.

The food always comes out lacking ingredients and never the way papa John’s should be. The cheese sticks are pretty much just bread with a little bit of cheese on top and always dry/crisp.

Well we ordered pizza at 7:52 last night Nov 22nd, we woke up this morning to it on our porch. A quick look at the ring camera this morning shows him here around 8;23 standing at our door for about 60 seconds, not ringing the doorbell. Then just sitting it down and running off... we have a rind doorbell for a reason, why not ring it? Needless to say we fell asleep and never got our pizza I will be calling tomorrow and would really like to have it replaced or refunded. If taken care of I will change my review.
