Well we ordered pizza at 7:52 last night Nov 22nd, we woke up this morning to it on our porch. A quick look at the ring camera this morning shows him here around 8;23 standing at our door for about 60 seconds, not ringing the doorbell. Then just sitting it down and running off... we have a rind doorbell for a reason, why not ring it? Needless to say we fell asleep and never got our pizza I will be calling tomorrow and would really like to have it replaced or refunded. If taken care of I will change my review.

I LOVE THIS PAPA JOHNS! Papa John’s on Oaklandon is probably one of the best pizza places ever. We order delivery probably once every week. Each driver is very humble and are always very nice. The manager is also very good at what they do and we get our food within the est delivery time every time. Our favorite is the Alfredo pizza with meatball and sometimes adding steak. I definitely recommend this pizza place forever anyone wanting a good pizza and a good experience. Thank you Papa John’s for making us have a good experience every time!

Haven’t ordered delivery in forever. Two hours later, started calling about it as our delivery time kept being pushed out. Had to call three stores to figure out where it was being delivered from. Arrived cold and rubbery. Not what I would expect for this chain. Super

Atmosphere is not relevant though my living room is really comfy. The quality of this PPJ is superior to most places that deliver. They advertise fast delivery but then they deliver even faster than they quote. I would add that speed and quality are drivers for the positive review.

Placed the order at 3:32 for pickup at store for 5:30pm that day. Order was ready at 5:08 and I arrived at the store at 5:28. I'm all for getting things ready but the 2 pizzas and breadsticks sat there for over 20 minutes. Store had more than 15-20 pizzas sitting around waiting to be picked up. Next time I will order for a latter time if this happens again to me at this store.Parking: No carry out parking available.

Pizza was cold, stale, burnt and had no sauce. Garlic breadsticks barely had any garlic on them. Place has gone downhill.

So I get home with my pepperoni-stuffed crust pizza and jalapeno bites. I open the jalapeno bites and they are overcooked and there is a hard garlic knot in with them. I open the pizza box and go straight for the pepper and it looks as though someone had bitten the end off and sucked all of the insides out!!! YUK, YUK, YUK!!!!!!!! I was so disgusted. I cannot believe people would do this! then again; I do believe it. Do not go to Papa Johns on 71st and Georgetown rd. They are some nasty kids. Your mothers should be so ashamed of you. This visit put the last nail in the coffin, I will never, ever return to this location, or buy Papa Johns again. I have attached a photo, judge for yourself regarding the pepper. I moved the pizza

So I ordered the new "pepperoni-stuffed crust pizza" apparently if you change your toppings to other toppings, it takes away the pepperoni stuffed crust altogether. I call the store and told them my crust wasn't correct. They said seeing I changed my toppings it changed the crust too. "This has happened twice today it's an online ordering issue"..... OK so can you send me what I technically ordered? That's not my problem. They couldn't. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, the girl told me yes and hung up on me. I called back again and they just sat the phone down and hung up again. I call back, they do the same thing. They clearly see my number on caller I.D. This is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, since they "had to go by what order came through" I ordered EXTRA SAUCE AND EXTRA CHEESE and the pizza was dryer than a dog treat. I then go up to the store, call them again to see if they answer... they did and I asked to speak to a manager. He proceeds to say "I'm sorry we're slammed and I'm the only one here right now". I said "oh really is that way I'm looking in and there's 1 other employee AND your manager in the red shirt"? Hopefully corporate handles this with more professionalism. What happened to satisfying customers? A complete joke.

We can always count on pizza delivery from the Fox Rd Papa Johns. Our orders don’t magically get lost, we don’t receive a call that there’s no delivery tonight, our pizza doesn’t arrive cold. It arrives when they say it will (usually around 30 minutes), the quality is always good & and the delivery drivers have all been nice and courteous. Thank you for being one of the few fast food / delivery locations in the area we can trust!

I ordered a NY Style pizza and this is the quality of work this location provides! I’m severely disappointed because I keep giving you chances and you continuously fail me and my kids who love papa johns, but are going to love some Pizza Hut in the very near future. Please fix it or this customer is out!
