Papa Johns Pizza

They say drivers Carry less than $20.00 in change which is not true. My driver said he had no change. I'll not be ordering anything else.

Ordered online they canceled my order and closed the store 40 mins early manager was extremely rude when I went to pick up the order.

Website has has no order button, like after you enter your details the order button is missing.

Food got stolen by door dash then they let my order set for 45 mins when I call upset about it manager cussed me out

1.9.26 Five stars to the employees showed up and made the most of a bad scenario. Zero stars to the employees who didn't show. Negative 5 stars to whoever is responsible for ensuring the place is staffed.

Placed an online order(30mins ago), but it's made wrong. It should have pepperoni and extra cheese on the whole pizza with mushrooms and chicken on one side. I have one side with cheese only. It was rung up correctly.......

Ordered from this establishment last night. Three hours after I ate on of their pizzas my face was in a toilet. This establishment needs to be investigated bigtime. I do not recommend ordering anything from this Papa John's. Undercooked pizza and terrible employees.

Worst pizza ever! Didn’t order bacon but seemed like there was a pound of it on my pizza. Dough not completely cooked.

We ordered a couple pizzas and sides from here today and our food was stolen by the doordasher. We tried calling the dasher and could see her driving further and further away with our order. 1.5 hours after we ordered, and 45 mins after it should’ve been here… we called the shop and told them what happened. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and refunded our money AND had our order delivered to us by their own driver. The food was fresh, hot, and although the experience sucked (my kids were losing it at this point), we finally got our food around 8P.

Top notch way to handle the situation that was beyond all of our control. I’ll definitely just order straight from the store moving forward.

Ordered a veggie pizza add beef for lunch today, I received a veggie pizza with sausage (pork). I’m highly allergic to pork and can’t eat it… after my second slice my stomach was in KNOTS. Highly disappointed because I have never had this issue with Papa John’s before. Won’t be ordering from here for AWHILE. Pork and beef are clearly spelled different and are two different animals not sure if the employees are aware of that.

Had a scheduled pick up for a few items, everything went smoothly! The crew just seemed uninterested and store was noticeably dirty.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Papa John’s. I placed a large order several days in advance, and not only was there an issue with it, but the employee who called me treated me like a criminal trying to dodge the bill. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and outright aggressive, making what should have been a simple fix into an unnecessarily hostile confrontation.

The service was so bad that I felt I had no choice but to cancel my order. Given how terrible the staff is, I can only assume the food is just as bad—if not worse. Avoid this place at all costs.

I order from here maybe once a week and never been to disappointed I see a lot of bad reviews but I hardly ever have a issue and If so they have fixed it
