Ordered from this establishment last night. Three hours after I ate on of their pizzas my face was in a toilet. This establishment needs to be investigated bigtime. I do not recommend ordering anything from this Papa John's. Undercooked pizza and terrible employees.

Worst pizza ever! Didn’t order bacon but seemed like there was a pound of it on my pizza. Dough not completely cooked.

We ordered a couple pizzas and sides from here today and our food was stolen by the doordasher. We tried calling the dasher and could see her driving further and further away with our order. 1.5 hours after we ordered, and 45 mins after it should’ve been here… we called the shop and told them what happened. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and refunded our money AND had our order delivered to us by their own driver. The food was fresh, hot, and although the experience sucked (my kids were losing it at this point), we finally got our food around 8P.

Top notch way to handle the situation that was beyond all of our control. I’ll definitely just order straight from the store moving forward.

Ordered a veggie pizza add beef for lunch today, I received a veggie pizza with sausage (pork). I’m highly allergic to pork and can’t eat it… after my second slice my stomach was in KNOTS. Highly disappointed because I have never had this issue with Papa John’s before. Won’t be ordering from here for AWHILE. Pork and beef are clearly spelled different and are two different animals not sure if the employees are aware of that.

Had a scheduled pick up for a few items, everything went smoothly! The crew just seemed uninterested and store was noticeably dirty.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Papa John’s. I placed a large order several days in advance, and not only was there an issue with it, but the employee who called me treated me like a criminal trying to dodge the bill. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and outright aggressive, making what should have been a simple fix into an unnecessarily hostile confrontation.

The service was so bad that I felt I had no choice but to cancel my order. Given how terrible the staff is, I can only assume the food is just as bad—if not worse. Avoid this place at all costs.

I order from here maybe once a week and never been to disappointed I see a lot of bad reviews but I hardly ever have a issue and If so they have fixed it

Very pleased how delicious our order was! We have had more than a few pizza fails lately but this was
Baked perfectly, toppings were fresh!
We ordered 2 of the cheese stuffed crust with various toppings.
Was Delivered very fast.
Still So surprised how good our pizza's were kudos to the E. Washington street Indianapolis store....

On January 18, 2025, I ordered two large stuffed crust cheese pizzas from this Papa John’s. While the pizzas were made well initially, the next day, when I went to eat a leftover slice, I bit into the crust only to find hair baked into it! Disgusted and appalled, I immediately called the store to report the issue, only to be met with an incredibly rude and dismissive manager. Her response? “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” She even had the nerve to tell me that employees don’t have to wear hair nets.

I brought the contaminated pizza to the store to prove I wasn’t lying, and when I arrived, I saw her preparing pizzas with her hair hanging loosely over her shoulder. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unsanitary. Even then, she maintained her careless, “I don’t care” attitude and, things escalated when she actually began cursing at me!

I demanded a refund, which I still don’t know if she processed, and asked for the corporate number. She refused to provide it until I became visibly upset.

This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the food I paid for contaminated, but the manager’s attitude and behavior were appalling. This needs to be addressed immediately at both the store and corporate level, as this is a clear failure in both food safety and customer service standards.

Hats off to the manager on duty 12/3/24 who went above and beyond to get our food to us. Our food was returned and our order was cancelled due to communication issues. I called and spoke with the manager who remade our order he comped it for us as a courtesy. Customer service is a lost art and he definitely has mastered it!
