I ordered a pizza around 11:30 pm tonight. I got a notification that it would be delivered through DoorDash (which i have the WORST luck with). An hour goes by, no update on the order. I called the store and spoke to Chris, who was extremely kind. He said the order had been ready but they were just waiting on a dasher to pick it up. Honestly at that point, I figured I wasn’t going to get my order. 20 minutes later (12:50 am at this point) Chris calls me back to tell me he confirmed a driver was on the way. He apologized profusely and said he was going to remake the pizza so it was fresh. He went above and beyond, especially as they were 10 minutes from closing and the entire situation was out of his control. Thank you Chris!!!

Whenever I've ordered a carryout order from this location (106th/College), they always have it ready on time or early, which is a huge plus for me! It's always the perfect temperature and I've never had an order made incorrectly here!

This place has gone way downhill. Used to be my “go-to” pizza place but as of late, food quality is atrocious! Delivery service is ridiculous!! Stop using third party deliveries!! If door dash throws my pizza on my front stoop one more time when it’s below freezing outside. Oh and management finds nothing wrong with it to boot. “It was only outside for five minutes” WHAT? You don’t put hot food on the freezing ground. Thats enough stupid for today….

Ordered a pizza for the fam for dinner! 1.5 hours later I get an email from papa John’s saying “sorry about your order inconvenience HEEEEEERES $50% off if you order today!”
so then I call the store. 7 times. No answer. So then I check the “papa tracker” and it says door dash was doing the delivery… it shows the car roaming around my neighborhood for about 7 minutes, while I’m calling the driver as well and no answer. So I got my money robbed by papa, and my pizzas and breadsticks and dr p are lost in the ether. Godspeed bread and cheese. I’m moving out of the city.

Not sure what’s going on with this location, but I told myself if I ordered and had yet another poor experience that it would be the last order. This will indeed be the LAST. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza well-done. It was not well-done and was delivered via DoorDash in an unsealed box. Missing the extra dipping sauce I ordered. The pep and sausage was so scarce that it was basically a cheese pizza (seemed strange that there was exactly one pepperoni per slice-what’s up with that?). Family was unhappy. I’ll go with Mellow Mushroom next time. My penultimate pizza order was a doughey, gooey mess despite also being ordered well-done. Get it together!

I ordered at around 10. It was after 1130 before it got here. I'm less than a mile away. And it wasn't good. The only reason I order from here is because it is late and nothing is open. Papa John's, do the world a favor and go bankrupt. A better pizza place could use the space. You have and always will suck.
