Papa Johns Pizza

Im appalled by my service and the quality of my food with today's order. I ordered 3 large pizzas 2 order go garlic parm breadsticks and 4 orders of wings. $100 is what I spent.When the DoorDash driver shows up with 3 boxes and that's it .knowing that we are missing stuff.... I call the store and advise her that I am missing half my order. she says ya its right here we tried to catch the driver but he was gone by the time I got out the door....You couldn't call him? or call me and say hey when he gets there have him come back and get the rest of your food? But you will have to come and get it. So after paying the delivery fee my husband has to go get the remaining food (4 orders wings and an order of breadsticks and our sauces). I open the boxes that was delivered and when I tell u the pizzas were horrible.. No toppings on them at all. The cheese wasn't even all the way to the crust. there were exactly 4 pepperoni on my large pizza. no garlic parm sauce on my breadsticks and the wings were in the same condition as the rest of the food..... I asked for a refund and told them they can have the food back I was told that I can have $33 refund and that the food couldn't have been that bad.... Are you serious? Never again

You have to double check the order but usually everything comes correctly. The food is top quality even reheated. I live less than two miles away but cannot drive all the time and refuse to walk... (disabled). The place I live is really complicated but they handle directions like champs each time. The food is scorching fresh hot and they are always kind. We always get 16 wings, two big pizzas sometimes multiple toppings, and other sides, and pop. It is around 60/65 which is really good price. Tip driver 10 for being awesome. I only gave a three star for atmosphere because my friend stated when she was in the building once that she struggled to order and they were nice but rushed and short. Her order had to be fixed for something simple. I have never had anything but 5 star service.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location for sending out a 2nd Order for delivery after my first was kept by the dasher who was supposed to deliver it. They made sure to remedy the situation and get another order out to me when I'm sure they were close to cleaning up for the night. Great people, great pizza.

I just wanted to thank the young lady that helped me today. And her boss!!! Highly impressive boss of hers just effortlessly solved a difficult issue that I had online ordering! I have a broken knee and fractured ankle and my son loves Papa John's so much that's the only pizza he will eat ...if you want great food and excellent customer service this location is the best!!! Manager helped me with my order which was having issues through door dash. I think her name was Derloria (Sorry if I said it wrong!) But they were amazing with the help over the phone, and will for sure be ordering from this location in the future! Thanks Papa John's team for your help!

Pizza was great unlike Shelbyville where we always seem to be shorted toppings. The staff not so good. Kid tells me you cant park there, i wasnt blocking anything, i say can i just get my order real quick, i was looking dead at it (in and out in less than a minute if he didnt have a mouth), he goes back to grab it, only 2 orders there, takes long enough for me to have to point out to him which order was mine, he says it it wasnt going anywhere, like duh i knew it was going anywhere and bit my tongue to be as smart back to tell him i was just making sure he knew how to read. Would have used the window if i knew it was operational and wouldnt have to wait 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me at it. Perhaps if the first twl spots in the parking lot along with the closest 10 other werent being occupied by delivery vehicles there would have been plenty of parking. I think that quality seal is supposed to go somewhere on thd box to keep it from opening, if you want to be cheap and use other stickers to place your wasted trees on coupons that are part of online deals and rarely get used then why not one of the ones that has my order information?

They can never send the sauce , they can not keep track of there door dash order and how they pick it up . I'm done with this pizza place. Not waiting 2 or 3 hours on a order and for you to pawn it of on door dash this is your locations problem not door dash fix the way you do things

Should have checked the pizza before leaving! Half of the Peperconi was missing, looked like someone ate half and threw it in the pizza box!!!!!!
Who would do that but employees? ThIs is not OVER!

I order from this papa johns pretty frequently, they always exceed expectations with getting here quickly and it's always hot.

Huge shout out to ANYTHONY AND PAPA JOHNS TODAY!!! I was ordering lunch for our office of 15. I messed the online order up and selected the wrong day and didn't noticed. I was freaking out an entire office with no food... that is SUPER dangerous. I called ANTHONY.. he said never fear I will have your order to you in 30-35 minutes. BAM! 30 minutes later fresh hot fabulous pizza was delivered to our office! YOU ARE A CHAMPION ANTHONY! WELL DONE ANTHONY AND WELL DONE PAPA JOHNS! SafeCare will definitely order from you again... and I will be more cautious in selection of date... :-)
