Pizza was great unlike Shelbyville where we always seem to be shorted toppings. The staff not so good. Kid tells me you cant park there, i wasnt blocking anything, i say can i just get my order real quick, i was looking dead at it (in and out in less than a minute if he didnt have a mouth), he goes back to grab it, only 2 orders there, takes long enough for me to have to point out to him which order was mine, he says it it wasnt going anywhere, like duh i knew it was going anywhere and bit my tongue to be as smart back to tell him i was just making sure he knew how to read. Would have used the window if i knew it was operational and wouldnt have to wait 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me at it. Perhaps if the first twl spots in the parking lot along with the closest 10 other werent being occupied by delivery vehicles there would have been plenty of parking. I think that quality seal is supposed to go somewhere on thd box to keep it from opening, if you want to be cheap and use other stickers to place your wasted trees on coupons that are part of online deals and rarely get used then why not one of the ones that has my order information?

They can never send the sauce , they can not keep track of there door dash order and how they pick it up . I'm done with this pizza place. Not waiting 2 or 3 hours on a order and for you to pawn it of on door dash this is your locations problem not door dash fix the way you do things

Should have checked the pizza before leaving! Half of the Peperconi was missing, looked like someone ate half and threw it in the pizza box!!!!!!

I order from this papa johns pretty frequently, they always exceed expectations with getting here quickly and it's always hot.

Huge shout out to ANYTHONY AND PAPA JOHNS TODAY!!! I was ordering lunch for our office of 15. I messed the online order up and selected the wrong day and didn't noticed. I was freaking out an entire office with no food... that is SUPER dangerous. I called ANTHONY.. he said never fear I will have your order to you in 30-35 minutes. BAM! 30 minutes later fresh hot fabulous pizza was delivered to our office! YOU ARE A CHAMPION ANTHONY! WELL DONE ANTHONY AND WELL DONE PAPA JOHNS! SafeCare will definitely order from you again... and I will be more cautious in selection of date... :-)

I have been eating pizza from this place for quite some time, I gave it a chance on several occasions but not anymore, the pizza is always raw on the inside when I order the cheese-stuffed edge, you can taste the raw dough and not the a loaf, when I placed the order it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I wouldn't mind waiting longer, what I want is something well cooked, not raw. They probably do it because they have competition nearby, but it is better to compete on the quality you give to your clients and not on time.
On the other hand, we love the wings but that's all.

Long story short I had to re-order my food Bc the delivery driver was super early but never called me to confirm I was home or where the money was and cancelled my order. I was in the shower, not anticipating having to leave out my cash until at least 12:05 p.m. bc the tracker estimated delivery between 12:15 and 12:27 or something like that. I called asking about my order and why the tracker showed cancelled. The girl told me what happened. Was informed I had to reorder my food online in order for it to be delivered. Instead of getting fresh food, after waiting over an hour at this point, I get my original order with a new sticker slapped on top of the old one and it’s cold… if you’re gonna make me reorder my food and wait longer for it, at least make sure it’s still hot and fresh… I was just delivered cold pizza…

Not sure if this is a Indiana thing but you people up here either can’t read or follow instructions probably both. THIS WAS THE NASTIEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATENFROM THIS PLACE I got a 16 in pizza not a Brooklyn with extra sauce when asked for light. The new owner of Papa John’s is RUINING THIS PLACE. Lastly hire someone who can slap dough

My order was ready when I got there but had to wait forever because they were taking way to much time with 2 door dash drivers and both of there orders were not ready, they just left me standing there waiting. Will not be going back !

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location. Upon walking in, I was greeted by an employee who clearly did not want to be there. Their attitude was unprofessional and made it obvious they had no interest in doing their job.
Worse yet, I called about an order that was never delivered due to what I believe to be incompetent staff. Despite having proof of my purchase and proof that the food was never delivered, the money was never refunded to my card. When I spoke to someone on the phone, I was told they couldn’t do anything if the order wasn’t from the same day, which I know is false. Papa John’s policy clearly states that as long as you show a receipt and confirm the delivery address, they will either deliver the original order or an order of equal or lesser value.
It’s clear the employee either doesn’t know the company’s policies or simply doesn’t care. Due to their blatant disregard for proper procedure and poor customer service, I believe this employee should be terminated. The complete lack of accountability and customer service from this location is unacceptable.
