We placed a delivery order. Half an hour after it was supposed to be here, I called and they said they were dispatching it now. Another half hour later, I called back and they said it was on its way. Another half hour later, it finally arrived. We’ve already gotten other food to eat, and I don’t even know if I trust a pizza that was cooked at least an hour and a half ago and has been in a delivery bag for an hour. The lady I spoke with at the store was very nice and helpful, but otherwise, a terrible experience. They use DoorDash delivery, so don’t even bother getting delivery from Papa John’s

We ordered delivery last night for dinner with a requested specific delivery time. The order was on-time, correct, hot and delicious! We haven't had Papa John's in 20 yrs but really enjoyed all the dipping sauces, bread sticks and pizza. Definitely ordering from these folks again!

Give me the wrong pizza and when I called them about they said that it would get fixed just call back and he would take care of it. But when I called a lady answered and said she wouldn't help and then hug up in my face. I would never try to eat here again

This is the worst place. The entire papa John's franchise. They took my money after I ordered over the phone at Georgetown road. Both locations say they can't find my order under name or phone number. I have recording of the phone call and pictures of my bank that 17.42 for a large Italian sausage pizza was taken out. I want my refund.

They will charge you for an extra sauce. NEVER have I been charged for an extra sauce until I came here. I'm new to Indy and refuse to charge 75 cents on my credit card....naw keep that sauce ma. Pizza was hot but service was NOT!!!!

The last few times I ordered from here has been great. My food was cooked to perfection. I always order online and they are always able to deliver my pizza. Imagine placing an order online and having to cancel it because they don't have any delivery drivers. So thanks Papa John's for delivering. I love that they are starting to add new promotions and more promotions. I like that they added the Papa Parings for 6.99. I also received free delivery thanks to a promotion. Keep up the good work.
I had to go to the drive-thru because, of course, they closed their lobby very early. The drive-thru was so dark and narrow i was about to hit my truck. No one was wearing an apron or hairnet or even a hat while making the food. I was watching them through the window. It's disgusting

I ordered two medium sized pizzas at 9pm I drove to the store location and proceeded to wait behind two cars for my order after waiting 20min behind the cars I pull up to the window and the heavier set black girl come to window and say your food probably not ready we having a rush I said ok but my app said my food is ready and has been ready she takes my name walks off and comes back in 5min or so and says we are waiting for 1 item I say ok and wait she never comes back a black guy come to window ask what I’m waiting for I said one item is what the girl said he say’s hold on I’m going to check he never comes back finally the first girl come back and says can u pull around the drive thru again I say No, I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and now I need to wait more can I get any compensation for the hour plus wait she said let me ask the manager the managers walks to window and and tell me her great idea was to give me my money back with no pizza for my family and a big waste of time thanks “precious”(managers name messy headed black chick ) your customer service was horrible and I hope you lose that position you can’t handle it. She said there was nothing she could do tonight. WoW. Sorry kids.

The manager was rude! Which is the lady with the glasses. I asked her if she could remake my pizza because it look a lil too crispy to me and hard. I did advise that this food was for my kids and that they would not eat it because it looked hard. She refused to remake it and kept telling me that’s how their ovens were made and that all of their pizzas comes out the same when in fact it’s not true. She also told me that she didn’t want to waste another pizza and felt it would come out the same . I actually order from papa John’s all the time and I have never had an issue up u til now. This girl does not need to be a manager because of how she handled the situation! I also had my 6 year old with me and told me she was not going to serve me all because I told her she was too young minded and was being argumentative!
