Honestly I had not had pizza from PapaJohns in years but was traveling home and stopped at a location just outside of Chicago.
Me and the spouse split a small pepperoni and the staff there were outstanding and the pizza was well cooked and not too expensive.
Was a great little unexpected side stop after about 12 hours of driving. I will always remember that PapaJohns lol.

Especially since the person delivering isn't a Papa John's employee.

We placed a delivery order. Half an hour after it was supposed to be here, I called and they said they were dispatching it now. Another half hour later, I called back and they said it was on its way. Another half hour later, it finally arrived. We’ve already gotten other food to eat, and I don’t even know if I trust a pizza that was cooked at least an hour and a half ago and has been in a delivery bag for an hour. The lady I spoke with at the store was very nice and helpful, but otherwise, a terrible experience. They use DoorDash delivery, so don’t even bother getting delivery from Papa John’s

We ordered delivery last night for dinner with a requested specific delivery time. The order was on-time, correct, hot and delicious! We haven't had Papa John's in 20 yrs but really enjoyed all the dipping sauces, bread sticks and pizza. Definitely ordering from these folks again!

Give me the wrong pizza and when I called them about they said that it would get fixed just call back and he would take care of it. But when I called a lady answered and said she wouldn't help and then hug up in my face. I would never try to eat here again

This is the worst place. The entire papa John's franchise. They took my money after I ordered over the phone at Georgetown road. Both locations say they can't find my order under name or phone number. I have recording of the phone call and pictures of my bank that 17.42 for a large Italian sausage pizza was taken out. I want my refund.
I ordered by phone. Customer Service was excellent! Pizza was great and reasonable ! Check it out!

They will charge you for an extra sauce. NEVER have I been charged for an extra sauce until I came here. I'm new to Indy and refuse to charge 75 cents on my credit card....naw keep that sauce ma. Pizza was hot but service was NOT!!!!

The last few times I ordered from here has been great. My food was cooked to perfection. I always order online and they are always able to deliver my pizza. Imagine placing an order online and having to cancel it because they don't have any delivery drivers. So thanks Papa John's for delivering. I love that they are starting to add new promotions and more promotions. I like that they added the Papa Parings for 6.99. I also received free delivery thanks to a promotion. Keep up the good work.

I had to go to the drive-thru because, of course, they closed their lobby very early. The drive-thru was so dark and narrow i was about to hit my truck. No one was wearing an apron or hairnet or even a hat while making the food. I was watching them through the window. It's disgusting
