This location needs to be shut down. Staff is rude, they don't know how to cook a pizza correct. Our orders are always messed up. This is one of the easiest jobs on the planet, and for some odd resason it can't be done without constant errors. This location is a awful representation of the brand.

Be careful using drive thru and giving them your card. Cashier added her own tip onto the order. Went back after bank notification and she told me the receipt paper didn't work but took a cropped photo of the screen(without the tip). Told her I would file a police report if i wasnt refunded. Manager finally refunded my money but did not want to speak to me but finally came to the phone. Told me he was refunding more than she took insinuating that basically I should be OK with theft. Beware. Not sure how many people they got over on.

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order online, went to the pickup window once it said my order was ready, and the young lady asked me twice for my name and returned saying it’s not ready even though it said ready for pickup. I got in line came back around, she searched high and low in the back, said it’s coming out of the oven and asked me to get back in the line, on the third try, she was still searching for my order! I waited 40 minutes past the time it said it was ready. Do not waste your time literally ordering pizza from this location go to 71st St location or Dominos on Moller Rd. Avoid this location like the plague.
Terrible! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. None of the workers wear gloves or hair nets. Totally disgusting and unsanitary! I watched 3 workers touch dough with their bare hands. I then asked for a refund and was given a dirty look. I called up to the store and asked to speak to the manager and I was asked why so I told them and then they hung up in my face. Terrible customer service!

Don't bother to order from them. They don't produce anything, won't answer their phone, and won't deliver the order. They use Doordash to deliver. I don't use that app on purpose and Papa John's uses it for delivery. No more getting pizza from there. Apparently, Doordash stole the order.

I order pizza on phone ask for previous order the automated system order a cheese pizza I order 14 inch stuffed crust with pepperoni and pork sausage roma tomatoes, 2 orders of 8 piece honey barbecue wings , I called the George town road store to cancel the toma tomatoes the young lady said it showed a cheese pizza only I repeated my order twice when my daughter picked it up and got home it was only a cheese pizza I called someone answered put me on hold and never return i called from another phone the young lady answer then immediately sent me to hold

A follow-up to my review on 10.29.23: The manager followed up with a phone call and was very apologetic. He said he wished they did not have to outsource their deliveries, but they have no choice. He said he was going to use our experience to provide some customer service training. I'm fine with that and appreciate the follow-up. He gave us a coupon for a free pizza. I shared with him that all I really wanted was accountability and an apology. I received both. Thank you.
