This location has gone downhill in the last year or so. We got this cheesy bread tonight, missing about half the cheese. Someone really pulled this out of the oven and thought it was okay? The papadias were also over cooked and extremely skimpy on the toppings, nothing like they used to taste like. Will not order from here again.

Food came out okay but the staff is very rude. The manager doesn't care about his store. A customer walked in and very politely asked about his order and the manager looked at him with a nasty look on his face and said its not ready. On top of all that a staff member was yelling at the manager about how poorly he ran his shift and never had anything ready for the start or end of the shift. Poor staff but good food.

Pizza delivered box unsealed took it back, see pizza being delivered in red bag asked y mine was not driver grabbed mine out his back seat, gurl at the store says she told him he needed a bag but gave my pizza to him without one, the other gurl says yeah they have to have a bag next time or they can’t get the delivery. So now Im standing waiting, and watching dude roll cheese in the dough with no gloves, no hair net on. She said they dont have to wear either. Oh ok just refund me my money. PapaJohns West Washington st. Why have on an apron but no glove or hair net preparing food I know its hair all in people food. 1st and last time.

It’s back to the better GM they were without one for the past couple of months the store should be getting better again soon
Ordered a pizza half banana pepers and diced tomatoes but on the whole pizza mushroom they put tomatoes all over it and just ended up covering it with cheese and then my wing suppose to be the chipotle bbq with buffalo sauce on the side came as buffalo wings with ranch… I tried to call store no answer so I had to swap my partner food. And even then he barley ate anything.

Great pizza, fast, less greasy than most major pizza chains, but if you get lots of toppings the pizza folds and they fall off. Need a deep dish option for people who get all the toppings.
