I swear they take their pizza out 4 minutes before it's supposed to be done..even when you ask for it to be well done, the crust is always gooey. Also you get cheeseticks for the cheese. They only cover the middle of the whole thing with cheese and leave about 7 pieces with NOTHING on them.

My husband ordered off Door Dash and this arrived.....sticker was still on and intact, so it was probably an employee who did this. For almost $20, that's wild to do to someone's food and for a first time ordering here at that 😒

Absolutely pitiful customer service. I ordered online a simple large thin crust extra extra cheese, 2x three cheese blend and 2x Parmesan/Romano cheese, normal sausage normal pepperoni. I have worked for papa johns before, Now yes they have a procedure to follow to maintain that everything is cooked properly but on a pizza like this there should be as expected a generous amount of cheese and there wasn't. When I called to get them to remake it the lady I spoke with asked "it's the one with all the extra cheese correct?" To which I replied yes she said okay we'll have that sent right out to you and that was the only one messed up correct and I said yes she said be there as soon as possible. Should have been the end of it correct no..... They sent the wrong pizza so I called back again and the same lady said "I asked you if it was the normal crust and you said yes." No she didn't she only asked is it the ones with all the extra cheese. Which is what I confirmed. She the says I'd have to bring the pizza they just sent out to me to the store before I'd get the pizza I spent my money on. I shouldn't have to come in person for you too fix your mistake which could have been avoided had you made my pizza right the first time. Now I understand busy time and humans make mistakes but to this degree questions competence of your staff. I am furious and I want this made right so either the head manager or a regional manager needs to be involved.

I'm giving a rating for the location I went 2 on the West side. I would not give this rating 2 all Papa John's, as I have had bad pizza from other locations. The west side location staff was friendly, they cared about my order being right and the pizza was delicious.
