Kirsten, As well as her Manager and the rest of the team over at the Shadeland location, we’re absolutely amazing this evening. I had placed an order last night through a delivery service and they completely dropped a ball. Literally had a cat all in my box of pizza That was left on the ground…. I called to the location. They said bring the pizza back they will make it right. And they absolutely did. Thank you guys so much. You all are amazing.! Signed the girl with the cat pizza ;)

My husband went to place order and he was told they was out of sauce for cheese sticks? So we had to order plain bread sticks which were dry and had no flavor. Then the pizza we had felt like it was double charged because of the price. Everyone was unfriendly and hateful.

I used to get papa johns all the time here but the last 3 times the pizza is overcooked in my option now and it doesn’t taste the same like it used to so its really not worth getting it anymore sadly it used to be one of my favorite pizza spots

I ordered a lg pizza to my hotel room the driver was nice. The pizza was disgusting and burnt. I can't post my picture of the pizza but it was gross. I called the store got no answer 😒
They can NEVER GET IT RIGHT. Never. And then they lie and tell you that they will remake it fresh and it shows up looking horrible. I asked for EXTRA sauce. Please see picture. There is no sauce in the very center of pizza. like NONE! Needless to say, we are done giving them chances.

Placed an online order that showed as “ready,” so I drove 10 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told the pizza wasn’t ready yet. After waiting a while, I was told it was “coming up,” but five more minutes passed and then I was told they forgot to put the pizza in the oven. On top of that, I was asked to pull around because they had a line.
To make things even more frustrating, I asked for plates and was told they don’t provide them anymore. I’m not sure since when, but that seems odd—especially for a pizza place.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and inconvenient. If the order isn’t ready, don’t mark it as ready. And forgetting to even start the order? Completely unacceptable.
I was Given two pizzas minus the third they forgot to make for my little one I asked for refund so I willl see if that was done or not
