Decent prices food was really good. Parking lot was not lit up. That’s the only complaint.

Order pizza at 6, pick up was ready at 6:32, there was a mix up that cause one of my pizzas to go missing, and I didn't get it until 7:20, while I waited in store. There was no offer to make it right, discount, refund, or free drink. There was a sincere apology. Great food, terrible, one-off experience.
Update: I have returned twice, and they have made it right since. Once again, food is always excellent.

I had a really bad experience a few nights ago and the manager followed up within 12 hours and made it right. I'm impressed with the response.

This location is normally somewhat decent. This time I noticed the inside was very backed up. The young man (long curly hair in a ponytail) that came to the window at the drive through had the worst attitude. I understand he was busy but you’re working at a pizza place at 8:30 in the evening of course you’re going to be busy. He opened the window and said absolutely nothing. I told him my name and without looking he said “it’s not ready yet” and walked away. I’m not expecting much at this location but some sort of customer service would be nice. While sitting in the drive through I saw the person at the cut table pick up someone’s pizza that was cooked with there dirty hands. Management should be ashamed at this place. Unfortunately, I’m sure they don’t give a shit which you tell by the way their employees act.
