It’s very sad when you make a pizza, charge someone $20.00 for it, knowing you messed it up. I wish I could upload a picture. Nothing but bread on the top of two slices of my pizza. When you boxed it, you knew it wasn’t right. But you were lazy and served a deformed pizza to a customer. Called to speak to a manager, kept me on hold so long I forgot I was holding. I actually wrote this review while on hold. They never answered. Don’t waste your time here. Horrible service!

I spent 35.00 on one pizza that was half undercooked and half over cooked, oreo bites that were so hard you could not chew them, and I ordered a dr pepper they were out of stock and sent me a sugar free Pepsi. Don't order from this restaurant go to dominoes!

I've been a semi-regular customer here for the last several months, ordering every other week or so. The pizzas have always been correct, delicious, and ready when they said they would be. I recommend this Papa John's location.Parking: Probably 20 parking spots. Has never had more than a few cars at a time, so have always had easy parking close to the door.

Lack of communication between management and drivers led to total confusion on where they delivered and ultimately my daughter and I ate cold pizza and a stale apology with not even an offer of a coupon or future discount.As the saying goes, Some days you'll have that.

This by far the best papa John's .pizza has been hot an good there customer service is above & beyond. Some of the best delivery drivers friendly, fast, if any issues come up they called me about. I've been ordering for over month while being at my hotel room thank you for the great food,service.
I'll be honest... I haven't been a fan of Papa John's for a long time, but a few months ago my family got tired of Domino's and one of my kids saw a commercial for PJ'S. We gave it a shot and have been hooked since! This location is always quick with delivery, food is always hot, plus delicious, and drivers are always friendly and polite. I just got an online order and my extra sauces were missing. I managed a certain pizza place before and know that things happen and how customer service can be. I called to get my sauces credited to my account, but the manager insisted that I get a free pizza even though I just insisted that I only wanted the money for the missing sauces credited to my account. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Obviously, I think this location deserves your business. Just remember, even if your only 99% satisfied when you order, they will make sure that you're 100% satisfied before you order again. 5 stars all around!! KEEP IT UP SHADELAND TEAM!!

Called and they said they would remake the pizza for me.What they actually did was just scrape the sauce off the edge by the crust and left all the sauce on it underneath the cheese... Like I'm stupid or something???Won't be ordering from here again for sure
