Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered carryout, app says ready but nope still waiting in the store because they can't keep up.... got back to the house and they put pepperoni o. The whole thing not half and half for my vegetarian daughter... then called, but they kept cycling me back in hold and entered the restaurant about the time they finally picked up... then put in a new order but did not rush it so I have to stand in this place again... but in standing here heard a comaint of burned breadsticks and watched them unable to fi d an order.... too many pizza joints around d to start sucking this bad kanagment needs to pull it together or hand someone else the rains

Horrible service! Hardly put any sauce on the pizza and they say it's standard.

I usually go to this Papa johns but its always great service and the food is great every time!!! Thank you for always being polite and helpful.

Placed an online pick up order. Was overcharged!! Filled out a survey that was emailed to me and I selected to be contacted by a manager. Didn't happen. Received another email asking how the outcome went. Selected 'haven't been contacted'. Weeks later and still no one has contacted me! I tried reaching someone by phone, impossible!! I used to love Papa Johns. Now, $45 for 2 large pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks (pizza wasn't great/sticks 1/2 burnt) and no one to speak to ON THE PHONE about being charged more than I should have. I'll never order here again!! 👎

I’m a Door Dasher. Valentine’s Day 2025 was an extremely busy day for this store. I picked up double orders multiple times from 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and their service! I’ve honestly never been so impressed by a pizza place’s professional and helpfulness! I never had to wait, neither did the other Dashers. They were on top of everything consistently. I never received a complaint from any customers that night. Keep up the excellent work ethics! The 2 young men at the registers were awesome! The cooks were on top of everything! Best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to!

The gentleman making the pizza was using his hands to spread the dough out and put toppings on the pizza he was also using his hands to cover the severe Bronchitis Cough he had basically coughing on the hand and then spreading the Bronchitis all over the pizza I understand being sick but you definitely should not be preparing food and adding Bronchitis flavor to the pizza

Ordered pizza and breadsticks and paid extra for extra sauces. Got the order with zero sauces and called and spoke with Bailey on the phone. She completely satisfied me by offering to send a driver back to deliver them or a refund. I was impressed because most places nowadays wouldn’t offer that kind of service especially for just dipping sauces!! Thanks Bailey!!

Time to be delivered was supposed to be between 6:22-6:32pm and Food didn’t arrive until after 7pm. I placed the order at 5:40pm. Not satisfied at all.

37 dollars for the wrong breadsticks the wrong pizza and a burnt cookie. Pizza was sauce less , crust was nasty. Junk pizza that I will never order again. Just get a pizza from Kroger, It would be better

Today is the 28th. That is a Sunday at 12:12. I come here all the time for pick up orders via DoorDash and let me tell you some people are not very nice but the girl and the guy working this morning were extremely pleasant even though I could tell they were under a little bit of pressure with a little rush, I used to work for Papajohns so I totally get it and she was phenomenal. Extremely polite. Had a couple customers come and go and she was so eloquent with the way she was speaking to them. I was very impressed. Would love to have this young lady on my team day of the week . The clientele in this area is a bit bougie if you will so five stars for her for keeping up and I can tell she is a huge asset. Returned tonight and was very disappointed 😢 treated like garbage !

Drivers (Steef)asks for tips and will violate no contact request and hold your food if they don’t see a tip on the receipt. I am a customer in good standings and do not deserve this unprofessional behavior.
