Second time coming, and both times the service is basically nonexistent. Two ladies near the ice cream completely ignore you, i had to ask to try a couple of ice cream flavors and that seemed like a chore. The prices are pretty steep, and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip for the nonexistent service… This place has a lot of potential, I hope the staff gets properly trained on customer service and this place will bloom!

Five minutes before anyone even came out to the counter, when they finally did they completely ignored us. I said hi to the girl and she just stared at me then turned to the other girl who was rolling around on the floor laughing. We walked out. The ice cream also looked like it had all been melted then refrozen. We won’t be back.

This place is so beautiful, calm, peaceful and child friendly!!! The food is amazing. They only play mexican music which i like but it would be nice for it to be a mixture or like a spanish english mix type thing. The people the very friendly and i love that you can just order on the screen and pay! They just called your name when their done.

Terrible service. No signs on how to start your order, not a single person came out to ask if we were ready to order or to guide us on how to order. I thought the first time I had this issue was because of how kinda busy it was but this place was basically empty and still did not even get a greeting once I stood in front of the counter.

My first time here and it's an excellent place for dessert! We ate quite a bit yesterday, so I only got a couple scoops of pistachio ice cream and it was delicious. Before I go back I will definitely take a look at the menu because there are so many choices! I've never seen a selection this large in any other ice cream shop ~ if you love ice cream you definitely need to visit!! The decor in the shop is great too ~ again, novel compared to other shops. 🍦 🍧 🍨

The desserts were amazing and the staff was super friendly. I really loved the vibe—felt kind of like a brunch spot, but for desserts. The music was great too! My only complaints were that the GPS was slightly off, the walls could’ve been cleaner, and the building itself wasn’t the most appealing. But overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out!
We were near by and decided to stop by to try Paradise MX since I had seen many tik toks about this place. Upon entering, we were not greeted. The place is aesthetic and decorated very pretty but it felt dirty. The high chair looked like it wasn’t wiped down. The tables and chairs felt sticky. The bathroom had no soap. There was not a cashier and we ordered on a kiosk. I was shocked by the overpriced prices. We ordered two iced coffees, a crepe, and a waffle. The coffee tasted like straight up milk with flavoring. The crepe and waffle were good but not worth the price. The girls in the back were not in a hurry to start on our order. They were very slow and the whole time had an unfriendly face. It took a while to get our order considering there were only two other people in the restaurant who already had their order. Overall, not everything you see ok Tik Tok is what it seems. Does not live up to the hype. If they had better customer service and friendly faces, it would have made me feel not too bad about paying $50. I would not recommend.

Must try place. Lovely ambience with cute IG-able spots. Ice cream tasted delish. Tried some of their food and coffee and was not disappointed at all.. the only downside is communication with the staff as the ones present that day did not speak much English

terrible , small cup of corn . Literally measured as like 3 spoons of corn or even less was 9$ .. they don't greet people once approaching. They have their shit faces on the entire time. Just horrible.
