I remember when this location opened up, when my wife and I went there for the first time, let’s just say we were head over heals, fantastic doughnuts and the breakfast sandwich and tacos (don’t even get me started). We went again last year for Valentine’s Day and something was different in the air, the music was still good and the doughnuts still good, but you could tell, something was changing. We went again this Valentine’s Day and it seemed the world of parlor had turned upside down, the doughnuts were actually still good but the breakfast sandwiches were just not the same. Crumbs and stickys on the floor and chairs, and the baby chairs were not a pretty sight either. Naturally I had to go to the bathroom to wash the stickies off my hands from the doughnuts and I was less than impressed.. the towel dispenser lying there on the floor… chocolate sticky in the toilet that have been there probably since Adam.. toilet paper roll just sitting there on top of the toilet like a lost puppy meanwhile John Mayer is playing on the radio. Parlor I think it’s time to clean up your mess, your just bent… not broken.. you can learn to love your self again.

I ordered a dozen donuts to be delivered to the hotel I was staying at in downtown Indianapolis. It said the order would arrive in 45 minutes. I got a text showing that the Door Dash driver arrived early and waited at least 30 minutes. Parlor Donuts canceled the delivery and sent me an email. They never refunded my money. I called the store and the employee said that the Door Dash driver cancelled the order at 4pm, so I would need to get a refund from Door Dash. This is completely untrue as Parlor sent me the cancellation email at 12:27pm. They clearly didn’t have the order ready (it was Super Bowl Sunday so maybe that got really busy?) and that is why the order was cancelled. I want a refund!
I called this location this morning and a very kind person named Sawyer answered and was so helpful putting together doughnuts for our office today. This was my first time ordering. I had no clue what to order and just asked him to make me up an assortment of what he thought people would want. Very friendly, kind, service and the place was clean. Very nice area to sit and relax, if you’re interested in doing that. I had no wait and will be back. I highly recommend Sawyer to furnish your office doughnuts. The doughnuts tasted so good. Not one left!!!
