Absolutely never again under any circumstances .

Great service! I was initially unhappy with my drink, as it was my first time there, and I was nervous to go to the counter. But I was met with a great attitude, a refund and a recommendation for another drink, on them. I was very happy with how they handled it and the banana bread coffee with their homeade syrup was great

We LOVE Parlor! Such a good vibe! The space is beautiful, the coffee and cocktails are unique, complex, well-thought out and delicious. Also, if you haven't been there in the evening when they host live music, you're missing out. An absolute local gem!

The place itself is really aesthetically pleasing, but the coffee is disappointing. On top of that, the staff give off this hippie–indie, kind of rude vibe.

absolutely loved the energy in this place!!! i'm newer to town (as of March 2025) and have tried finding a cool, relaxing but enthusiastic and charming coffee shop. i stumbled upon parlor from a little Google search and immediately adored it- even more with the employees. they were so kind, informative on specials + their favorite drinks that resemble what i also enjoy. i'm learning photography so my camera clicking capturing certain things there brought some smiles to the staff, even some customers that were studying or lingering. definitely will be coming back, my latte and matcha were a 10/10 & so was the chicken salad croissant. thank you all for being so welcoming and nice.

I went in to take my friend to show her this amazing place (ambience wise). When we went the girls/ waitresses were gossiping and were very slow to take our order and very slow to bring 2 non alcoholic beverages. Once the waiter did bring the drinks I ordered thee worse flatbread I've ever tasted (pepper jam something). Actually it made me sick afterwards. Anyway...trust that our drinks were empty before she brought the food. There were barely any customers at all so the service should've been better. But the problem im having is they charged me approximately 43 bucks and I tipped the waitress in cash. And then I notice they ran another seperate charge for 24 bucks and for what I have no idea but 66.86 plus the cash tip for 2 non alcoholic beverages and a nasty appetizer and extremely poor service was very disappointing to say the least. Be careful and check your account because thier waitresses are scamming people's account when business is slow and hoping you won't notice. They will be hearing from me as soon as they open.

Beautiful space and delicious coffee, i believe I had grandmas house latte and it was so good. The cookie was delicious but pricey. The baristas are a bit stand-offish very ā€œtoo coolā€ to care vibes.

This coffee shop is really nice and I would come back! They have a nice selection of espresso drinks available until 5pm, and after that they switch over to serving cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, which is such a fun touch. I was given an option for free refills too, which was really nice! The space itself is cute. It's bright, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. They also have a small free parking lot (only about 4 spots), but most of the nearby parking is paid, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a great spot with a cool vibe and delicious drinks no matter the time of day!

not a bad place but the employees can make it difficult to visit. the unnecessary commotion behind the counter and super loud music turns the place into a club at 2 in the afternoon. Many of us come to study or even get on a business call.

Parlor is the most unique coffee shop / bar in the Indy area with an aesthetic that is hard to beat.

I’m a coffee guy but everything in their lineup - whether it’s a latte or a cocktail - is very well done.

Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been.
