The food is over price and the service really is bad. The cashier was rude the person being the food dont know what's in the food or the sauce. They were upset I even asked I will not be back here
I came in February had the greatest experience ever pei wei became my favorite restaurant due to excellent service and great food. I just ordered food today in fact I'm still in the parking lot and the service was terrible and I don't believe I will be back
Extremely below average Asian food completely missed the mark, food was dry, flavor was off and price were sky high! Two adults two children almost $47! Keep in mind this is a fast casual restaurant no waiters or waitresses. Staff was disengaged. Very uninterested in the guests.
Great service and even better food
It's like an Asian style Chipotle, except here I'm not afraid of getting food poisoning. Biggest difference is the food actually tastes good and you order all of it up front rather than going down the line and pointing at stuff. I've been twice now and plan to keep going back on occasion.
Food was very hot, fresh, and delicious! Atmosphere was relaxing. Great choice for lunch.
Portion size was way too small. Price too expensive. Food quality mediocre, especially for the price. The cauliflower rice tasted like mushy minute rice. What a disappointment. Unfriendly, unhappy, dull eyed staff straight out of the ghetto. However, nice looking restaurant building, nice looking staff uniforms, and the female staff were young and well built.
The food is tasty and flavorful. The rice is cooked perfectly, it's not over or under cooked. Just right. Crispy pan fry on the chicken, fabulous texture and quality of chicken. Sauces are complex and dont fall flat. Really good food. Large portions. Staff is A+ polite. Highly recommend especially for such low cost of dishes. I personally think it's the same quality as PF Changs restaurant food- just less price tag.
First time there. Only restaurant that I know of that has fried cauliflower rice. I'm on a low carb diet due to health reasons so I wanted to check it out. Went there for takeout, workers were very nice and explained the menu to me. My only complaint would be I wish the cauliflower rice have more flavor added. Other wise overall good experience and I'll be back.
The food was horrible. Cauliflower rice was so gross, cold, and slimy. We had the Kung Pao and Korean dish - blah. We left the food on the table and left. The staff was no where to be found or busy sitting at the bar hanging out with friends. Coke machines had no flavor or carbonation. We ended up with just paying for cups for water. The plates were super dirty and the silverware were dirty too. Many tables were dirty with food or plates on them. My shoes stuck to the floor. I would never come back.

Good food & really good value. Their to go service is always ready in time & a quick check out.
Really has gone downhill. Food quality the last few times has been horrible! Customer service is even worse. I wouldn't waste time going there anymore.
I had this for the first time and I can't wait to go back. It was very yummy to my tummy
Gross and expensive. I'd rather go to a generic Asian restaurant and get full flavor food, not a quick heat and serve at double the price.
Placed an order for delivery and I never received it all! When I called I was on hold for over 15min and no apology was given and I still haven't received a refund! Terrible terrible service!!
