Penn Station East Coast Subs

Everytime Facebook advertises a special, this store never seems to honor it. Today we stopped in for a small sub for $5 (advertisered as in store and online using code Summer25) and was told we needed to have an e-mail to show to get that price. So we left.10th & Shadeland store always honors an advertised special.

I love this Penn Station. The food is always good. The place is always clean. And the workers are very polite.

Worse attitude and nasty workers they need be re trained to be friendly with customers

So I wanted a plain cheese steak sub what I always get when I go here order number 207 today may 12 at 8 02 pm so I get home and it's definitely not a plain cheese steak sub it's a whole other type of sub with all kind of stuff on it and you call and call and call no answer I want my order replaced since I can't get answer

The folks who work at this restaurant are quite kind. The subs are great and there is a great vibe.

Never have issues at any other penn station. I guess today was just a bad day. I requested teriyaki and got NONE. Called the store and was told I should have requested extra. Never again will I go to this location because it’s the small things that matter most!!!

Folks on FB like to hate on fast food on the east side, but Penn Station had staff that seemed to put in a good effort, great service and made delicious food. Made me question why I'm not here more. Chicken teriyaki. Tasted like high school in the 90s. 🤠 I'll be back. Thanks for a great experience!

Always on point. Food is what it should be and the staff is always friendly. Clearly some of the complainers on here don't know what comes on the sandwiches 🤣

Lemonade tasted awful, they forgot to give me my fries, the sandwich was okay. Though, the aroma of weed was pretty strong throughout the store.

My husband stopped in to grab me dinner and I got a sandwich that was soggy (mind you we live 5mins from) and I open my sandwich (grilled club) there was literally 1 piece of half cooked bacon hardly no other meat. Asked for no tomato, no honey mustard and Iiterally got everything that wasn't supposed to me on it, on it. I tried calling no answer, I drive up there and closed. So no dinner for me that night and $15 down the drain. Thanks!

I’m being nice..My coworkers and I stop by and ordered the monthly special.With that being said there really shouldn’t be any confusion?️WRONG they decided to do what they wanted even though the receipt clearly shows the order.1.Wrong size they did a Lego build a sandwich by piecing together a small and extra to equal a regular instead of making a REGULAR!2.The sandwich is clearly missing things like pizza sauce.3.The old man manager had an attitude like she was bothering him I guess washing the walls by the fryer had him frustrated. The young lady on the frier was the only one trying to slove it! I hope CORPORATE SEES THIS. Oh I do have video and pictures too back up what I’m posting
