There are not too many places left that have good food in great service on this side of town anymore but this place definitely does. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Everytime Facebook advertises a special, this store never seems to honor it. Today we stopped in for a small sub for $5 (advertisered as in store and online using code Summer25) and was told we needed to have an e-mail to show to get that price. So we left.10th & Shadeland store always honors an advertised special.
I love this Penn Station. The food is always good. The place is always clean. And the workers are very polite.
Worse attitude and nasty workers they need be re trained to be friendly with customers
So I wanted a plain cheese steak sub what I always get when I go here order number 207 today may 12 at 8 02 pm so I get home and it's definitely not a plain cheese steak sub it's a whole other type of sub with all kind of stuff on it and you call and call and call no answer I want my order replaced since I can't get answer

Never have issues at any other penn station. I guess today was just a bad day. I requested teriyaki and got NONE. Called the store and was told I should have requested extra. Never again will I go to this location because it’s the small things that matter most!!!
Folks on FB like to hate on fast food on the east side, but Penn Station had staff that seemed to put in a good effort, great service and made delicious food. Made me question why I'm not here more. Chicken teriyaki. Tasted like high school in the 90s. 🤠 I'll be back. Thanks for a great experience!
