Penn Station East Coast Subs

Very expensive, but the sandwich lasted for both lunch and dinner. However when I was waiting for the food, there was a homeless man just sitting near the waiting area. I didn't notice him until he started yelling out of nowhere. Then when he was walking out, he pulled up on me before walking out. If they're going to let people loiter there, there is no reason for me to return to the store if they're going to allow a dangerous atmosphere.

I had to bring a sandwich back I made a mistake and I would have re paid for my sandwich this man told me I can go somewhere else ! Clair Weyant has horrible customer service and he said he was a manager

Shift manager Korin made our experience absolutely terrible. He is completely unprofessional, cursing in front of our children (even after acknowledging he shouldn't be cursing in front of children). Food not made to order. With such terrible customer service skills, there's no reason he should be labeled a manager. When I asked for his General managers information, all he gave was a cell phone number. He had no email information, claims he doesn't know the corporate phone number. He obviously should not be in his current position. This store has little accountability for their staffs behavior.

Whom ever made my cheesesteak today they made it with love. This is a incredible sandwich.

Me and my kids just left from this Penn Station customer service was greaaat the 3 workers vibes where absolutely awesome if we didn't get there right before closing we would of actually stay there to eat.. Reminder im a to go type of person... Food was absolutely perfect.. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Workers are dealing with food with no hair net or hat, particulary the black guy with dreads making the sandwiches, hair just swinging back and forth, and when I said something to him he got an attitide and still didn’t cover his hair. Whoever the manager is needs to be trained on how to prepare their workers to handle food.

Great operation. Will keep coming back.

Use to be one of the better sub places. Cheese steak wasn't bad, smaller for the price like everything else nowadays. The bigger disappointment was the fries. Over $6 for a large fry and mostly bits and nubs. What is that about..smh. Will be a while before I return.

i was in the area coming from jersey and their food was delish the staff was so kind, there was an older man when we had gone and he was so sweet and kind to everyone💖

Philly Cheese steak sandwich, regular it was so delicious, seasoned just right. With fries, everything was good 💯

They gave me 3 ketchup packs for a cheese steak and fries.

You can taste the disappointment 😞 in the food.

This Penn Station has improved greatly over the last year or so. It used to take 10 mins to get an order and rude workers!
Now!!!! Super friendly and awesome personalities.
