Please do not hesitate to not order online, and please do call before making your way into the store for them to tell you they don’t have toppings. Pissed me off because I took an Uber and the server legit ask me would I like to wait for someone to go to the store and bring some lettuce back. Child I literally gave my sandwich away because I don’t believe in wasting payed for food and politely went to subway.

The food was great! It had been years since I had eaten at a Penn Station and it was just as good as I remember. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that a couple of workers didn't seem to want to work and gave alot of attitude to the manager.Vegetarian options: You can build your own sandwich with chosen ingredients which include several Veggie options.

The Club Sub or the Philly wrap are faves. Fries are great but pricey. Stores can be a bit loud but tolerable.

Love Penn station! The fries, are one of my favs! The cashier gave me free lemonade refills and said "it's what we're supposed to do" which was awesome! Most Penn stTions won't refill it. Lemonade is my fav drink andi get it everywhere! It was clean, fast and of course great food!

We came to Indianapolis from Tampa Fl to visit family and friends. We don’t have a Penn Station in Tampa and this is one of restaurants we missed. I had a chicken teriyaki wrap and it was delicious!!! They didn’t serve wraps when we lived in Indy. I will definitely try again when we return.

Order placed online. They're currently running a special on the Philly steak. I got a veggie dagwood. Our food was hot and fresh. It was a small wait only because she dropped my fries. The cashier was friendly. Sometimes you walk into a place and it seems like the people hate being at work. But not today. Everyone was super nice. Even the manager made sure my food was right. She said sweetie, I know it's right because I took your order and made your sandwich myself after you asked me to clean the grill to make your veggie sandwich. That literally made my day.

I’m currently in the store. I walked in and looked at the menu on the wall. Someone yelled “I can hep you down here.” I start to walk down to the end and I hear “Or not”. I’m short and the counters are high so maybe she couldn’t see me coming. I dunno but kinda rude. Then she takes my order and hands me my lemonade. She tells me my order will be up. I turn to get a straw and she says “Here’s your receipt” but before I could turn around she says it again “or not”. I found out this was the Assistant GM named Jodi. Really, Jody?!? Setting the standards with leadership??? Let’s work on friendliness… The other ladies were super polite.
