Nothing like paying almost $50 just for them to forget the fries, along with a wait that should not have been long. Set you expectations low

Ordered 25 minutes before pick up online. Food still not ready. Been here 10 minutes still. 3 people in the restaurant.

Fantastic food, excellent French fries, great fresh squeezed lemonade.
Great sub for the price. Chicken teriyaki, hot Italian are a couple of my favorites. Really good fries too.
Back again with another review.All I can say is order your food ahead of time. Food is bussing and I love it.
I loved it! The suggestion of food it was great and the guys were helpful without the attitude. I never been there before but I will definitely be back~

The food was great, hot,and fresh. The service was excellent a kind young man opened the door for me, so I wouldn't be waiting in the snow. The food was cooked and prepped quickly. 5/5 would recommend
Restaurantji Recommends
It’s a convenient location and staff are nice. Got the chicken teriyaki and it tasted like burnt chicken just covered in salt. Only half decent thing was the fries. I would honestly say subway ranks higher than penn. Don’t know where they source their bread but it wears your jaw out from chewing and it is on the heavier side.
Closed during open hours, i can understand though if its understaffed, but I ordered a pickup order and now I have to get a refund…
Edit: i just saw a sign saying theres a water main break! Oops! Sorry for such quick judgement, just sad I couldn’t have penn station!

I always get chicken teriyaki with extra mushrooms and onions and it was amazing as always. And the fries were fresh so of course there were none left..husband and I share a medium fry..he gets a Philly steak..
