The attendant Tânia (the one shown on the receipt) doesn't know how to work with the public, she mistreated people, I saw she being rude with other customers too.I explained 4 times how I wanted my sub, she continued to misunderstand and get irritated, talking loudly and making me feel embarrassed.In the end I paid for the extras I wanted and everything else she took away. My sub came dry without pizza sauce or peppers and without the additional cheese that I paid for, the fries they gave me were leftovers from the bottom of the pan they were super burnt and only small pieces. I hate this Penn Station unit, the only unit that doesn't understand what I want in Indianapolis. Definitely not coming back!

Can't comment on atmosphere or food but I attempted to place a order online to find this location wasn't accepting online orders. Then attempted to call and place a pickup and was told they are backed up and to place my order online or come into the store..... guess it's subway for me

5/5/2022. Cinco de mayo. My girlfriend and I planned poorly and didn’t end up getting a reservation at any good Mexican restaurants so we decided to stop here for a sub before we saw a movie close by over at AMC. Worst experience getting a sandwich EVER in my life. So bad that I didn’t even have to think twice about remembering the exact date and situation. We came in and ordered Dagwoods with turkey, cheese and some veggies. My sandwich comes out with only banana peppers and cheese on it. At this point I wasn’t frustrated enough to leave so I just kindly walked up and asked the guy behind the counter to fix my sandwich. He agreed to and brings it back to me now with tomatoes added and nothing else. This is the time when I walk up and ask for a refund. The two workers start whispering to each other and still after 10 minutes haven’t issued my refund. I walk up a third time to ask what was up and they tell me they “aren’t sure” how to issue a refund. Very disappointing. Will never EVER come back here. Pretty much avoid Castleton in general whenever possible as it’s gone VERY far downhill in the last 20 years. Get your act together.

I went in to use the Pacers BOGO coupon and I had the Reuben sandwich, so I also got a second free sub sandwich. It was quick, hot, and delicious. The customer service from everyone in the restaurant was top tier as well. I have tried almost every sub on the menu thanks to the Pacers coupons. If they keep winning, I'll keep eating!
