I went in to get a kids' meal and was told they didn't offer them anymore. My total was almost $12 for a snack size sandwich, small fries, and drink. A group came in after me but got their food before I did. I was greeted at the door.

My husband ordered a steak sub with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese on a toasted bread. Instead we got a soggy sandwich with no cheese, no mushrooms or peppers and a medium order of cold overcooked fries all for $20.00. Very disappointed and I feel cheated.

First time at this location. The staff was fast to get our orders, there were 6 of us. The food came out hot and tasted good.

This location couldn't even deliver my food. Offered no explanation for cancelling my order.

They added something to the steak and cheese. We could not finish. Very sad!

Big fan of this Penn Station. They know how to make a good cheesesteak. The BOGO deal after a Pacers Win is legit! And they were kind enough to honor the promo event though I was technically after the claim time. Solid food and good people. Will keep coming back!

Fries ice cold! Sandwich cooled, no longer hot.

I've ordered from there in person, never recvd old or compromised food.

The cordon blue i ordered today had scrappy, chewy, and discolored pieces! And thrre was barely any amount of chicken on the regular sized sandwich

I'm just 10 min max away, did they drive w my food on top of the hood?

I feel 🤢 and upset!

I felt as if the man up stairs cooked through them as they made this delicious sandwich! It was absolutely amazing. I just wish they weren't so expensive!
