Note to the staff at the S. East St. location: JUST BECAUSE IT'S DOOR DASH DOESN'T MEAN SCREW UP THE ORDER!! If I have to PAY MONEY to add something to my sandwich, then it better damn well make it to the sandwich. It is theft to make someone pay for something and not give them the thing they paid for!

Infested with flies in the back of store and also where the raw meats are. Terrible attitudes. Terrible quality subs. Store is always dirty when I come in.

This Penn Station was awesome customer service was on point great vibes, food was amazing smoking hot and delicious. Atmosphere was wonderful highly recommend. Date and Time June 20th around 12pm

Nasty. Fries always show up frozen, they always disregard the cheese sauce you order to dip their nasty fries in, they skimp super heavy on the chicken, and half of your order will be missing.
Amazing Staff! So friendly and welcoming. Love the chicken cordon blu.

I ordered food for me and my husband the food was really bad my husbands sandwich was supposed to have extra meat it didn't his sandwich was balled up in a ball and was just sitting in the bottom of the bag not in the wrapper I didn't get hardly any meat on my sandwich and our fries was old and very cold I called and talked to the manager she didn't help at all she acted like she didn't care I spent $37 dollars for garbage food I will never order from this restaurant again.
The worst wrap I have ever ordered sub was awful too.
This was my sandwich today. I normally love this place. Maybe they were short handed. Kinda disappointed. Still bummed.
This Penn Station may be the best around right now. The people make great food, they do it fast, and they're friendly about it.
There Philly Steak and cheese is awesome, and the homemade fries are great too.
