Penn Station East Coast Subs

Nasty. Fries always show up frozen, they always disregard the cheese sauce you order to dip their nasty fries in, they skimp super heavy on the chicken, and half of your order will be missing.

went there a few minutes before they closed like at 730 and they said we closing early for no reason

I ordered food for me and my husband the food was really bad my husbands sandwich was supposed to have extra meat it didn't his sandwich was balled up in a ball and was just sitting in the bottom of the bag not in the wrapper I didn't get hardly any meat on my sandwich and our fries was old and very cold I called and talked to the manager she didn't help at all she acted like she didn't care I spent $37 dollars for garbage food I will never order from this restaurant again.

The worst wrap I have ever ordered sub was awful too.

This was my sandwich today. I normally love this place. Maybe they were short handed. Kinda disappointed. Still bummed.

This Penn Station may be the best around right now. The people make great food, they do it fast, and they're friendly about it.

There Philly Steak and cheese is awesome, and the homemade fries are great too.

When I got here in the evening, they were not busy at all.
I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was great. The meat was tender and flavorful, the onions on mushrooms were also cooked perfectly and very flavorful and overall this was a great sandwich.
I would recommend Penn Station to anyone looking for a good sub.

A female manager corrected her employee that came in with an attitude and I knew the food was gonna be 🔥. And it was! First hot sub I've ever enjoyed from any place tbh. Keep up the high standards.

I ordered a cheese steak & fries, always do, never been to this location before & this was the Worst I've ever had! The fries were dark, not golden, cold & greasy! The sandwich had barely any steak & pizza sauce on it!! The bread was doughy! Why the hell wud I want pizza sauce on a cheese steak??!!?? I cudn't eat it, made my stomach hurt immediately!! Will Never go back there!! The cashier seemed like it was a bother to take my order. Another lady came out to wipe off tables & used the same towel to wipe off the trash can before she wiped off the tables!!!! Had to wait 15 min jus to be disappointed!!
