Found a finger nail in my drink and all they offered me was a refund im quite disgusted and disappointed its my first time going here and was disturbed with a extra large finger nail In my lemonade
the manager who was a black man with dreads was very nonchalant and had the “just get it over with mentality “ i advise nobody to eat here due to lack of cleanliness and professionalism please beware

I order a lunch meal online that came up to 21.80 it never went thru and they charged me but said they system was not working. They said I would get my money funded the same day but never got it.The next day they said we still have to wait into the beginning of the next week....I never got my meal are my money back..this happened on 11/21/25 @ 130pm..unprofessional

I order online yesterday took my money order never went thru. But yet took my money, my order never went thru as they say. Called today nasty attitude cant get no food nor money back. This is so unprofessional unsatisfied customer. Also I used points to get free drink,took my points and never received anything Im pissed.

Ordered directly from the site & was delivered by DoorDash, yet neither of the sandwiches I ordered were correct. Contacted the store & spoke to the manager, he says “ I’ll put you on the store credit list, I guess.”
Terrible customer service when it’s obvious whomever made the sandwiches didn’t read the order at all!
Keep the store credit.

Fries yummy...service horrid. Big black woman behind counter yelling at me because i wouldnt accept the dried out sandwich she had sitting on top of the oven 45 min. Then she opened it with her nasty naily hands..it wasnt even mine! My grandsons finished their dinner, i still havent recieved mine. So nasty and disrespectful. The ketchup drum was broken and so greasy, and someone went home with my sandwich

Customer service was dry the food was terrible not all Penn station only this location.M y fries was so greasy, and my food was dry as well. Never experienced this type of service.Not return to this location
