My sandwich was full of oregano and not edible at all. Had to spit it out mid chew.

They gave me the wrong order. They also added mushrooms to the wrong order that I’m highly allergic to. They also didn’t give me a refund or a credit. I asked for a chicken Philly they gave me a steak Philly.

My experience was really good. My food was good quality, and the service was above and beyond. The GM, Zach, is a great worker, you can tell they have a passion for the job.

Monthly special (Italian) very good. Fries as usual are delicious. Service and cleanliness were very good. This location is up to usual standards.

Luke warm, under cooked fries and brown lettuce were a majority disappointment after paying 35+ for two med sandwiches and 1 med fries.

We go to all the Penn Stations around town and love them. Food’s always great. The service is usually great as well. The service in Broad Ripple in particular is always solid for us. We come at lunch or dinner time tho, not late night. Mgmt & staff is always friendly and efficient. Finally, LOVE the chocolate chip cookies! 😉👍

Okay go see shy and let him whip up a sandwich for you! It’s the best most delicious thing ever. The lemonade is amazing. Go see Joel chanice and shy. You won’t be disappointed. Have the fresh lemonade. Enjoy the sandwich. Love the cookies!

Terrible

Person who took order was sweet but the person making sandwich was most rude food person I have ever came across. Looks like they close at 11 and we were at the place by 10:45. Made sandwich but reminded us multiple times that they close at 11. We assured them that we are taking out and not eating in restaurants. They made my foot long and as soon as we got in the car we saw that it was full foot long without cut in middle so quickly went in there and asked them to just cut it in middle and her answer was we are closed and you can’t ask to cut it even though person who took order was about to cut it. The person who made sandwich made her pack out sandwich back without cutting it. Most weird experience that I have ever had in any quick service places. Hope owners review this and train staff on customer service.

Pepperoni on an Italian is an affront to a classic sub , gave me acid all day . Staff was kind and courteous despite seeming overwhelmed .

Foods good. Penn stations are roughly the same food quality no matter where you go. EXCEPT this one. Having been to dozens of penn stations in many states I got the large combo today and the kid argued with me about the size of the lemonade even after I showed him the “large combo” on my receipt and he personally checked me out.. I even said “large fry large drink large combo” when I ordered initially. 2 people on shift. One an older woman who loved talking to employees off shift more than making sandwiches. She didn’t help until at least 5-7 mins after I had ordered and was staring with a stupid look on my face. And the mid twenty’s male who wants to argue over drink sizes with people…. was standing in awe with my 2 and 5 year old waiting 15+ min a store with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN IT. Fries are cold and undercooked, sandwiches cold by the time we got them. Incredible how quickly our world is deteriorating into complete.., whatever this is Nobody gives a care anymore. It’s a shame. I will never return here and every time I run into an opportunity where I can tell someone to never step foot in here without being abrasive of the topic, I will tell them. $40 wasted & literally, not figuratively, LITERALLY yet another time a corporate entity has legitimately stolen my Money.
