Great sandwiches, but this locations lemonade is usually watered down or not fresh, and your fries may or may not be soggy. Love Penn Station, but this location has gone way downhill.

Good food, great customer service. Comfortable atmosphere and good place to go if you want a bite to eat. Quick order and out the door or choose to sit down and enjoy your meal. Entertain yourself with television or just browse your phone. converse with a friend or another customer while your food is being prepared. Fresh food made to your liking

My sandwich was full of oregano and not edible at all. Had to spit it out mid chew.

They gave me the wrong order. They also added mushrooms to the wrong order that I’m highly allergic to. They also didn’t give me a refund or a credit. I asked for a chicken Philly they gave me a steak Philly.

My experience was really good. My food was good quality, and the service was above and beyond. The GM, Zach, is a great worker, you can tell they have a passion for the job.

Luke warm, under cooked fries and brown lettuce were a majority disappointment after paying 35+ for two med sandwiches and 1 med fries.

We go to all the Penn Stations around town and love them. Food’s always great. The service is usually great as well. The service in Broad Ripple in particular is always solid for us. We come at lunch or dinner time tho, not late night. Mgmt & staff is always friendly and efficient. Finally, LOVE the chocolate chip cookies! 😉👍
