Service was really fast, and the food was hot, and made how I like it

I love Penn Staion best subs wve but this location is poorly ran and it shows in the way the employees talk to the customers

Very slow service, not busy at all. I'm confusion on order. Just ok.

My food was delicious and I had great service. Keep up the good work thank you guys.

Tried to call, was in the parking lot in the plaza. No one would answer the phone. Then wanted to have an attitude and telling me they gotta stay open until they close. Ugh...Duh... Mind you this was after I walked in. I understand closing on time, but when I'm calling 15 mins till and want carryout I'd expect you to answer and fill my order. I had 3 adults wanting food. We didn't want to eat inside. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS SPOT!!! This is why all these restaurants around this area are closing!! You have customers wanting to spend their money and you refuse it...

It is the best!! I love there bread & fries.

Don’t order food from them through Uber Eats or any app service. Their staff always misses an item or two because they don’t read the ticket before sending it out. Calling the building is always the hardest task. They are terrible at getting back to you or answering in the first place.

I have never come to this restaurant and gotten cold fries and my destination being close by. The service is always been outstanding and the food. This is never happened before and all of the 15 years I’ve come to the store, I’ve gone to a couple of other Penn station stores throughout the years, but this one has always been my favorite, but with my order today, I can no longer say that.

Good food, great staff, very hard working, and fiendly. The cheese steak sandwich, wasn't a true cheese steak, but most of a Oklahoma onion burger. Which is not a bad thing. Fries were fresh made, reminds me of 5 guys. The girl behind the counter, was very helpful, for being Our first time there. She was very professional. She was working very hard and fast. Helping all the customers.
The man behind grill cooked ower sandwiches Perfectly. All in all a great experience.
