The staff knows my name and about knows my order. Love the Dagwood, you create your own sub. The fries are always fresh cooked to order and you can see them hand cut. I like my sub grilled hot,all the way with all the cold veggies.

I decide to visit this pen station location Friday afternoon. Nov 1, There was a young guy that took our order very nice and polite and he broke everything down for me because I have never ate at pen station before.
The problem was the young lady on the grill that was wearing a red shirt had a very bad attitude because he didn't spell the customer name right( or it was shorten so she was telling him to ask the customer how to spell it if you can't spell, I felt that was very embarrassing for him in front of everyone and me as a manger myself I felt she should've waited till the end of shift or pulled him to side but not embarrass him front of everyone. Other then that the food was great.

The grill cook here is worth way more than whatever he's being paid..at least when I went to visit.
He was doing all the different jobs.. from grilling to pivoting to doing topping in bagging and handing out to go orders drop inside of Fry's literally everything except for the cash register. I watched him picking up wherever anyone needed any kind of help. when the customer was waiting for even just a second or so if he seen someone was busy, he went right for it to help out. without anyone asking or even looking at him to ask! That kind of employee is really hard to find.❤️

I was really feeling the look of this place. Seemed like a cousins type place. But the food was just not it. Friendly quick staff but the company is clearly choosing weird ingredients. They offer grilled mushrooms on their Philly but I'm 90% sure those things were canned. They tasted super off. The chicken was fresh I saw them pull it out raw but it's not a sub chicken? It was very confusing. The deli sub was also fairly wet. I don't blame any of the staffs cooking abilities this was all ingredient choices. Fries were decent.
