I have absolutely about had it with Penn station after all the problems I had at Shelbyville Penn station and I mean I had a bunch of problems until they actually got the right staff in there and then I go over to the Emerson in Southport location because I was local there I'm just done spending my money on this place. I go in there on 11/18 25 around 7:00 p.m. maybe 6:30 p.m. and they were a little busy but not to the point where they couldn't do their job correctly I order a 12-in Dagwood all the meats with provolone and Swiss cheese with extra cheese then I get mushrooms and it's grilled and then I get lettuce and red onions That's all I ever get on my sandwich and it's delicious for me well I stood at that counter and I watched when my sandwich went in the grill but the young girl that was on the line I don't know if she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing but I was watching all these sandwiches back up being pushed off and she's just kind of standing there like she didn't have a single clue of what to do I watched my sandwich come out I watched it and she put it in a dine-in basket so I got her attention and I said ma'am I said my sandwich is to go and she goes what's your name with a little attitude and I said Casey and she goes it's already done and I'm like thinking to myself like how's that possible when mine just came out but maybe I could have missed it so I gave her to benefit doubt She was just really nasty had an attitude I just didn't appreciate the disrespect no smile no nothing just rude I get home looking forward to having this for dinner and I open it and I knew I knew my gut instinct was right I don't know what the hell was on that sandwich it looked like sauerkraut but it was one of the worst damn sandwiches I ever tasted I cuz I was so hungry I didn't have anything else to eat and by then Penn station was closed so I ate just a little bit of it and about made me sick to my stomach and I it tasted like sauerkraut I don't know if Penn station sells sauerkraut on there or not but I don't know what it was but it was gross I am so disappointed I'm disappointed in the company due to the many problems that has occurred I get a call from the district manager of Shelbyville we emailed back and forth and then got no response back I mean I can't even tell you how much money I poured into getting sandwiches and whatnot just to try to give them the benefit of doubt and I hate coming on here and making reviews especially negative ones I like to always do positive ones I knew that girl had messed up cuz I pay very careful to when things go in the oven especially when it's mine but even though I'm writing this review they ain't going to do nothing but I am going to take my sandwich and in there and show them it's just gross so I didn't have much to eat tonight which is fine let's just hope they make it right but I would like to know what Penn station plans to do giving everything I'm a loyal customer cuz they never did anything about the other I don't know but do better Penn station on Emerson if they don't know how to properly read the tickets or they are not quick enough then maybe they don't need to be on that line.

We were debating on penn station or jersey mikes, chose to try penn station for their fries, we order a sub and sandwich and 2 fries on the app, we go to pick it up, first issue was on the app it said order will be ready in 15 min, we get there in 25 min, they had our sub and sandwich h done sitting on counter but said it will be 10 min for the fries, so we sat and waited, i mentioned why would they do the hot cooked subs b4 the fries were done it will get cold, so they call us up order is done and in the bag, we head home. Welp we find one fries, and both sub and sandwich. As expected the sandwich which was grilled cheese and bacon was cold and hard, and the sub was missing the hellmans ranch. Found no way to complain via the app. My biggest issue is this order was 25$, and for the small sub, these prices have gotten ridiculous though i’m ok paying for it if the quality and accuracy is right. So in this instance we pay 25$ for a cold sandwhich a sub dry missing the ranch, and 1 of 2 fries. Lesson learned, ensure you check your orders if you’re picking up your order.

When did couple weeks ago they were having a 499 anything small sale the little chick on the grill insisted that it was only one particular sandwich and then she looked it up saying it was any sandwich there's two of us she insisted we were only allowed one again she was wrong but wouldn't come off of that been there a few times to this particular one it was a dive never again

Food was great customer service was great place was clean

The last few times I've been here the fries have been a soggy ball of greasy, inedible mush. 1 star, never going to this location ever again.

Ben and Zane were very helpful in showing the menu and helping me pick my order! The food was prepared perfectly and I was serviced especially well by Zane. I haven't left a review in a few years, but their customer service made me feel the need to do so. Get those boys a raise!

The blonde lady working on the grill on Wednesday night with a bun on her head was very rude to customers entering she has a attitude because it was 915pm and they don't close till 10. I will continue to go to the location off US 31 south and stop 11 they are ALot nicer. If you don't like waiting on customers than don't have a job in customer service!!

Great food and good service. Store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were quick to make my order and it was correct and delicious. My first time ordering there they made a mistake on my sandwich and they made a new one right away. Price is reasonable and the location is convenient.

Grace is amazing. Excellent customer service. She able to do it all. She also works great with her crew. What a valuable asset. Raise her pay, you could never replace her.

Food was great as always. Service was fast and the workers were friendly. Great experience. Took it to go but tables seemed clean as well.
