Penn Station is a must every time I visit Naptown!! Being it to Pensacola, paleeeeeaze!!

Food was okay, service was slow. There wasn't a lot of people in there. Took almost 15 min for 2 sandwiches for a to go order.

Had to stop while visiting and definitely glad we did. Both got the Philly cheese steak and split a large fry. Hot fresh a d fast. They didn't disappoint.

Are you training the cooks today or what? I love PENN STATION. Never ever had a problem. Always great food. TODAY.....Yuck. No seasoning. Saugy no salt fries. Whats going on?

Don’t waste your time coming here. Manager thinks he’s a know it all. Charging you $17 for a wrap with less meat on it than a 6” sub. Spend $48 on 3 sandwiches and refuses to give a refund when you’re not satisfied with one sandwich.

Customer service is always good but it seems like yall need glasses, every time I come in I get the same thing, all I ask is simply no steak spice on my philly steak. No I'm not expecting you to remember my meal so don't get the wrong idea, I'm simply asking learn how to read and recheck your tickets so if something was asked to be removed you don't put it on there.

This location won't let you order fries even though every other penny station will. This location is just run by absolute morons sadly. Go to any other hot sub place if you don't want half cooked half portions subs

I previously worked at Penn Station. The food and atmosphere are both fantastic. I always tell customers to try the cookies.

Also, is this something that would work for a corporate client? I think you should give your reliable customers a free cookie or wipe their fry. When I worked there, I used 1/3 of our food tab for cookies and then passed them out. You could also have a separate day for advertising. Mark half of your items to maybe 60% off and watch the money pile in. Turn on something interesting on the TV or give free drinks and play music. Advertise yourself a bit.

They don't know the difference between banana peppers and mushrooms or they are just illiterate. Parking lot is full of nasty pot holes. Overall horrible about 70% of the time I've ordered.
