Very long wait times for walk in ordering.
The Greenwood Indiana location is focused on the Door Dash orders and will not work on walk in orders until all the Door Dash orders are complete!
Had to wait 20 minutes before I was told that my order was not even started.
Since Sara left the Greenwood Indiana store. customer service is nonexistent.

$6.50 for 1 piece of bread, 3 pickles, cheese, and half of a piece of bacon. This was not a mess up on the order, this is what they charge for their joke of a sandwich. I love Penn Station and I have eaten here for years. I will never give them another dollar over this bs. Greedy trash is what this is, and honestly pretty pathetic.

The man that works here was fine but the lady talking the payments (Shanice ) is very rude yelled at a DoorDash guy and then just would answer him . She was on her phone then someone dropped her if McDonald’s and she walked away to chat with their friend . Very nasty behavior and should not be in the front around customers or just don’t work there is you are that miserable. The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day taste the burnt from the grill

Great guys working and willing to remake my reuben bc I didnt specify what kind of bread I wanted it on. I guess I was expecting it on rye or something other than white. The owner or manager even gave me the first one free since they couldn't resell or use it.

Service is the best part. Shanice took care of our asphalt crew and made great food suggestions. She upsold me on the fries and they did not let down. If your team needs lunch this is the spot.

So this totally hurt monday night football.or either my expectations were waaaaay to high. I can remember number 1 a better greeting walking thru the doors, 2 a better quality made sandwich..I have bragged and boasted about our sub shop back home, for 10 yrs thru out Texas and Georgia only to come home pay 37$ for 2 sandwiches 1 missing requested items that are on the ticket mind you. And fries that sat in which I gave the benefit of doubt and did not push for a fresh drop and a Italian that at best rivals Arby's...embarrassed and disappointed that I made this choice on game night to the wife..and that her hometown sub shop is actually better and she has the bragging rights!! Wow man is all I can say...I was a avid customer before, would spend hundreds feeding our kids on special weekends, it was a treat for the family of 8..to this...my how times have changed

It's an older store that needs a good deep cleaning. Staff was attentive and got our food quickly. I was disappointed that the fries are now small pieces and not the fries I'm used to from here. My ghost pepper sub was lacking any type of heat.

This store is a mess. Adress: 7910 US-31, Indianapolis, IN 46227 Orders are always wrong. Ingredients are always missing. Or barely any at all. Sizes incorrect. Wrong bread type. Wrong drinks. Penn station used to be my favorite sub shop, but I've lost all confidence in this location. It's just a complete disappointment every time. Do not bother ordering online (doordash). I would love to be proven wrong/this store improve somehow.
