This place was dirty The floor near the drink area was wet and hazardous Instead of cleaning it up the worker puts a caution wet floor sign up Tables were dirty Food just didn't taste as good as past visits

Terrific service. I've gotten 2 philly cheese steaks in the same week from Penn station and they are terrific everytime.

Got my goto Philly steak and cheese was amazing. I got it for me while getting stuff for people in hospital a couple different nights. Service was great greeted me with a smile

Anytime you go here the team is fast, kind and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. Great food and service!! Delicious, thank you

Had to stop while visiting and definitely glad we did. Both got the Philly cheese steak and split a large fry. Hot fresh a d fast. They didn't disappoint.

Are you training the cooks today or what? I love PENN STATION. Never ever had a problem. Always great food. TODAY.....Yuck. No seasoning. Saugy no salt fries. Whats going on?

Don’t waste your time coming here. Manager thinks he’s a know it all. Charging you $17 for a wrap with less meat on it than a 6” sub. Spend $48 on 3 sandwiches and refuses to give a refund when you’re not satisfied with one sandwich.

Customer service is always good but it seems like yall need glasses, every time I come in I get the same thing, all I ask is simply no steak spice on my philly steak. No I'm not expecting you to remember my meal so don't get the wrong idea, I'm simply asking learn how to read and recheck your tickets so if something was asked to be removed you don't put it on there.

This location won't let you order fries even though every other penny station will. This location is just run by absolute morons sadly. Go to any other hot sub place if you don't want half cooked half portions subs
