The sandwich was hot and fresh. Plenty of meat. Usually, the fries are some of the best. This time, they were overcooked, too brown, and not fresh. We threw most of them away. As we left, people who came in after us had fresh and properly cooked fries.
I love the original Italian and extra crispy fries. This is, however, the very first time I've been to a Penn Station and it seemed at the bottom of the oven was not cooking the bread, and the fries were quite dark yet not crispy. It does not change my opinion of Penn station overall. I will come back and give them another try as I always do.

Also, is this something that would work for a corporate client? I think you should give your reliable customers a free cookie or wipe their fry. When I worked there, I used 1/3 of our food tab for cookies and then passed them out. You could also have a separate day for advertising. Mark half of your items to maybe 60% off and watch the...
