1) Some of the best coffee in Indianapolis. 2) Definitely the best quiche I ever bought-- and we've tried a bunch, and it's better than some of the quiches we've made at home. This is our go-to place for coffee in Indianapolis. We very much like the people and enjoy hanging out on the porch with coffee. It's a nice location right on the Monon. The indoor dining area was open as of late December 2023, and I enjoyed an espresso indoors and meeting somebody who was staying at the Broad Ripple Hotel.

Their Bagel breakfast sandwich is unbelievable. I'm really critical of breakfast sandwiches and good grief theirs is amazing.

This is a great spot in broad ripple, and my go-to for coffee in the area. My favorite item is the Matcha, but try their specialty drinks too! I need to try the bread they make on Saturdays.

I was in broad ripple for some work needing to find a quick coffee place and glad I found perk up. You walk up and order at the window and they have a good menu to choose from. I got a dirty hippie and really enjoyed it. I'll remember to come back here the next time I'm in the area.Parking: You have to back in to park in front of the shop.

So disappointed today. I was looking forward to trying a new cafe in hip Broad Ripple by the Monon Trail. The cappuccino was the most bitter cappuccino I ever tasted. My friend's Mint Monon tasted like a very basic hot chocolate with absolutely no Mint flavor. The ham & cheese braided bread was weird because it had some kind of red sauce, but worse yet it was greasy. The quiche was okay. I spoke with the barrista to see if we could get more Mint flavor and oat milk to see if it would help the bitterness. He said he'd have to charge me. I then spoke to the owner, who said she never had complaints before, and it was true I'd have to pay for more milik and mint flavor. My hard earned money paid way too much for all this and for the owner not to help make some amends. Will never recommend or go back. ?

Perk Up Cafe has the perfect location right next to the Monon trail. The indoor dinning is closed, and they have a walk up window where you can order and some outdoor tables. They have a small menu, and advertise fresh bread on Saturday. I initially was going to order one of the breakfast sandwiches as the pictures on the sign looked good. The individual working was not friendly or helpful and I decided I'd just order a vanilla latte and not order food. I couldn't taste the vanilla at all and the latte lacked flavor as it tasted very weak and mostly like steamed milk.

I live in Broad Ripple with my fiancee, and we've been meaning to try this place. Perk Up is off Cornell and in the heart of Broad Ripple village. I tried the Dirty Hippie, and she got the Cafe Latte. We both had it with oat milk. Our drinks were great, and the service was good. There's a counter where you can step up and order from without having to go inside. There's fresh bread on Saturdays, and they bake bagels in house. I will come back for a great cup of coffee and fresh bread.

Very tasty breakfast sandwiches. The dude who was working seemed to be hungover, but great customer service nevertheless!

simply the best morning cafe patio in broad ripple. the breakfast sandwiches take a minute because they're made to order, but they're so worth it. the dirty hippie is excellent iced, would recommend. always a new variety of excellent baked goods on offer too.wish they'd open the interior again! would be a nice place to spend some time.Wheelchair accessibility: ramp up to order window, good curb cut accessibility.

The food was delicious and the coffee was piping hot! Absolutely yummy. I ordered their mocha latte and their egg sandwich on ciabatta. All of their ingredients were fresh and even the bread alone was exceptional. Also right across the street of the Monon, so that's a perk!Just be aware when you visit that their inside dining room is closed, to which I was told it has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic. We did not know that until we got there and had to sit outside in the heat. The experience was still wonderful, just would've been great to know there's no inside seating beforehand.Overall, it is worth it to visit this cafe and try what they have to offer. We will be back!Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options available; both food wise and milk-alternative wise.Parking: Lots of street parking

Fantastic place! White Knight (with oat milk) is my favorite breakfast drink in Indy! Sandwiches are super too. SUCH nice baristas working there (and try the biscotti too!) Dog friendly and so convenient to the Monon. I'm usually there once a week and have never had a bad drink/food item.

Great tasting German breads and cake on weekends... perhaps the best in Indy in this category. The Broetchen are excellent when available. Call ahead to see what will be available for the weekend, or--better yet--get on their mailing list to make sure you are always informed.

Sadly, I cannot give this place any more than one star. I paid over $14 for a piece of bland quiche and small iced tea (menu said it was a large) that tasted so bad that I couldn’t drink it. There was no indoor seating allowed. Only two unclean tables outside available to sit on. I love supporting small business, but if you have the option, you may want to reconsider and pick somewhere else. Unfortunately, I will never go back.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp made of wood that you can get up to the counter.
