P.F. Chang's

We were two of only 3 tables seated at the time. All seemed well as we were seated, but then things fell apart. We ordered, and our appetizers came out lukewarm. As we finished the appetizers, we noticed our entrees were sitting under the warmers, but our server was nowhere to be seen. 5 minutes later, he wandered up from the back of the kitchen and brought us lukewarm food for a second time. When we had finished eating, we began looking around for our server to ask for the check. After another 5 minute delay, he wandered in from the front door of the restaurant and we paid. We have always had fantastic experiences at PF Changs, and went out of our way to find one when we traveled, but this restaurant is staffed well (seven floor employees visible while we waited for lukewarm food,) but now we question whether PF Changs has entered a death spiral...

Waited 45 mins for a table. Left without being seated. Several guests with groups ranging from 2-4 came in after us and were seated immediately or after a few minute wait.

We had a reservation and were left standing for 10 plus minutes past that time and our arrival though tables were clearly available. We understood that a convention caused a rush, but a seat and opportunity to use the restroom would have been appreciated. Just let folks sit and explain that it will be a few minutes before the order is taken.

Food had no taste whatsoever and the main food came just a little after we had the appetizer set on the table.

I wish I remember the name of the young man who was our server because he killed it. He was swamped with many tables, had no help and made sure we were happy and taken care of. He had our whole table talking about how fast he was, how well he remembered things and his positive attitude.

Our server Joshua was awesome. He was very pleasant and polite. Mr Connie Williams, the manager, came to our table and introduced himself. He wanted to make sure everything was alright. He was very professional and had a great attitude. The atmosphere and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend PF Chang”s for anyone in the Indianapolis area and wants great food.

Terrible service had rsvp with a party waiting I asked the host 3 times if they are there ignored me twice and must looked at me 3 rd time he walked out and left. I am a businessman, and the person that was there to buy me. Dinner was very upset. Business meeting, never even took place due to the terrible service

Food was a little dry for broccoli beef with noodles but waiter was great and place was nice and not really busy

Food wasn't great, but ambience and server were nice. I won't be going back though.

Costs way more and tastes worse than any random chinese take out spot

Theresa is THE BEST. On time, discreet and very polite. Ask for her every time you come here

We came into town for a Billy Joel concert and stopped by for lunch. Theresa was a wonderful server and extremely friendly. We had a really nice time and she was a big part of our experience.

The food is no better than what you get from a frozen bag at Wal-Mart. The service was great though. Atmosphere is casual as always.
