We were in downtown Indianapolis Thanksgiving weekend and did a pickup from P.F. Chang through indoor walkways a day after winter storm.

We ordered 1 mapo tofu, 1 Buddha’s feast with tofu & veggies, 1 firecracker shrimp for dinner.
Mapo tofu & Buddha‘s feast came in big container with 2 sections with large portions but firecracker shrimp came in smaller container, about half the size of the other two.
Mapo tofu was deep-fried with broccoli, almost like orange chicken style, texture was very chewy and tasted very greasy. You can’t taste tofu at all. Terrible. The worst mapo tofu.
Buddha’s feast was also greasy with green beans almost raw covered with oil, not a little cooked with crunch texture.
Firecracker shrimp was fried with strong sweet sauce, a little bit of shrimp on top of brown rice.
Their egg drop soup looked so old, almost no egg in it. They put 2 egg soups in one container or they missed one.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had dinner with pad Thai & sesame tuna at Yard House the day before winter storm, it’s $3-4 more but food was very tasty and portions were just right, very easy to talk, service was awesome.

I ate here with a group of 7 and they were busy. 1 hour wait, but they took my number and texted me when it was time for us to return to the restaurant. It was very nice not having to wait around at the restaurant. The waitress was excellent and so was the food.

Our waitress was fantastic- we were able to get in and out of lunch under an hour and not feel rushed.

Waited 30 minutes only to be sat in a booth that had no light. Couldn’t even see the menu. Told we were getting moved and sat for five more minutes in the dark. I asked a waitress if we could be moved and all she had was an extremely crappy response.

They were clearly understaffed and undertrained. The food was probably good if it hadn't died in the window. We ordered drinks and were told by the server that they were sorry because the bar was behind. We got parts of our meal before we got our cocktails that we ordered immediately. I was just shocked at the level of service. I likely won't be going back, which is sad because I really like the brand.

Very on brand for PF Changs. Quickly seated in a comfy booth, and ordered some lettuce wraps and dumplings to start. Apps and entrees came out hot and tasty, and drinks never went empty.

Our server, Basil, was super friendly and did a great job. 💯

The service was so incredibly poor we were lucky to have good company to talk with one another. Over two hours to complete the meal. Only was offered two drinks the entire time. Plates not cleared while the waiter talked with other employees. Never had such poor service at any P.F. Chang’s I’ve been to anywhere in the nation.

Always seen it in the stores and I'm always wondered about it. See what the rave was about and the rave was raving. Awesome place! Great experience

We had a reservation for 4 at 5:00pm. There was a big conference that the restaurant wasn't prepared for. We were finally seated at 5:30. Although they apologized, it seemed strange that we didn't have a table reserved and they were understaffed when there was a conference.

We were two of only 3 tables seated at the time. All seemed well as we were seated, but then things fell apart. We ordered, and our appetizers came out lukewarm. As we finished the appetizers, we noticed our entrees were sitting under the warmers, but our server was nowhere to be seen. 5 minutes later, he wandered up from the back of the kitchen and brought us lukewarm food for a second time. When we had finished eating, we began looking around for our server to ask for the check. After another 5 minute delay, he wandered in from the front door of the restaurant and we paid. We have always had fantastic experiences at PF Changs, and went out of our way to find one when we traveled, but this restaurant is staffed well (seven floor employees visible while we waited for lukewarm food,) but now we question whether PF Changs has entered a death spiral...

Waited 45 mins for a table. Left without being seated. Several guests with groups ranging from 2-4 came in after us and were seated immediately or after a few minute wait.
