The noise level was so bad that conversation was difficult without raising your voice. Food was too salty. Wait staff was too small, resulting in long delays in getting service.
The food seemed to have been a lesser quality than when we went 10 + years ago. Too heavy of breading and corn starch on fried food. Otherwise it was ok. Would like to see them be the same bustling restaurant when they opened!
Enjoyed our lunch. Egg drop soup- flavorful broth, no egg present than one 1/2 inch strand. Mongolian beef- very good, pomegranate refresher drink- very good. Service was good until the end. Waited 15 minutes after payment was picked up for change and card slip.
Eat lunch here quite often with girls and we all enjoy the menu and service was OK this time
We love Taylor at the bar. She is amazing and always remembers us when we come to see her.
Lettuce wraps were good. Difficult to mess those up. The remainder of the meal was terrible. Rice unevenly cooked, meats overcooked, not at all tasty. Service was extremely slow and poor. Server attitude was poor. Tables with uncleared dishes sat the entire time we were there. Music was astoundingly inappropriate. Overpriced. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. We won't be back here. Ever.
It's great place to eat. It's relaxing and a fun place at the same time. We usually have 4 people at our table and there is never any problem with anyone's order. It's wonderful.
A bummer from the minute we walked in. We were a large party of 10 and therefore gratuity was included. It seems they knew that and could have cared less about us. Entrees arrived before appetizers even made it out. One guest had a bug in her drink. Waiter was beyond slow and not attentive.
They said they had half price appetizers during happy hour and what you received was actually half of the appetizer lol. I've never heard of a restaurant ever doing this. Strange.
Our waitress was amazing . She was always on top of our drinks and getting us what we needed. The food as always was amazing . We made a reservation and even on Fathers Day got seated within 5 mins of our reservation time . We had a very enjoyable experience and will be back.

Used to be a favorite- had not been here to for a while. I was disappointed in the change of the breading for the crispy honey shrimp. Was much thicker and completely overpowered the shrimp and honey.
Thank you SO much for bringing back the Spicy Salt & Pepper Prawns on the daily menu instead of just the weekend! This is my favorite dish - always delicious! I hope it stays for a very long time. Our server, Robert, was perfect! Friendly, outgoing, on-time with everything & delightful. We love the new lettuce that you serve with the lettuce wraps. They hold the fillings just right. Mango Iced tea - yum! Kung Pao Chicken is excellent - it surprises me that you don't offer it on your lunch special menu. Overall, a delicious visit to my favorite restaurant!
We hadn't visited P.F.Chang's for a long time since it had appeared that the franchise was on a downhill path. We decided to give it a try and were impressed with the overall change. The menu was entertaining and the food was quite good. The service seemed a bit spotty but didn't change our opinion.
We had not been to Chang's in awhile, we really enjoy their food. I got my usual Chang's spicy chicken. It was good but maybe just a touch drier than I remember? It wasn't extremely busy for a Friday might maybe some were on spring break.
I've been a long time fan and patron of PF Chang's (20 years plus), and it feels like to constant change to remain relevant has diminished the initial intended experience. I never thought I'd have a curry option at PF Chang's. Of course the staples ( fried rice, salmon and shrimp dumplings), are still good, but so much has changed and I'm not sure it's for the best. Went to this location for happy hour with friends, to be told happy hour is only for the bar and not general seating. It's difficult to have meaningful conversations sitting shoulder to shoulder and not across from each other. Although my opinions probably won't mean much, I appreciate to opportunity to share them.
