This has been my favorite and safe restaurant since 2020. This is better than Chinese Food. The wing braised in sauce is fire, chicken fried rice and my two favorite-favorite dishes is Bun-Shrimp or Chicken on bed of lettuce with noodles, peanut s, and more plus the mackerel entree, FIRE!!!!!

i found pho 21 online, checked out the menu and said, “ hell yes!!”… i was in at 5:01, so the space was still cold… i knew some ohio would warm me up…. i needed more, so i got the pork and ham bahn mi to accompany my soup… both dishes rocked!! i leg the meal with a full stomach and a smile at the bill… ic you like good service and excellent food, pho 21 rocks!!

The phở broth was very clear and good. The meat in the broken rice plate and the skewer appetizers were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Vietnamese coffee wasn’t served with drip like some other places do, but it was still very strong and sweet.

Might be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve had. Ingredients were super freshly. Egg rolls were just wow, crispy & flavorful yet not greasy. Noodle soup was very hearty, could be a little bit spicer for my taste but the table side chili oil (delish!) does the trick just fine. Fast and friend service.

Just went today and the food was so delicious! Great service I loved it. Definitely recommend this food I got and it made me soo full!!
On 10-09-25 I purchased some Pho (Pho Tài) from here for takeout. I had some beef inside of a container to put into my broth. While pulling out my slices of beef, I see a bug in my container. I return to the business to let them know that I want to return the food and I need a refund. The older woman at the front desk, grabbed another lady from the kitchen to speak with me. I'm letting this lady know about my food, and while she's responding to me, I noticed a bigger version of this bug, CRAWLING on her jacket. It went from her shoulder up towards her neck. I didn't say anything. I was in disbelief. Once, she seen there was a bug in my food. She immediately, gave me my refund and apologized. But the fact, the same type of bug was crawling on her person, the place HAS to be infested. I reach out to the Health Department on this matter. But everyone be careful of where you go to eat. I WILL NOT order food from here ever again!
