Visiting Indy for work. Researched the best Pho. This is the place. I orded the Kimchi Pho with rare beef and paired it with the fresh squeezed lemonade. Perfection ? Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Super clean which is becoming rare at restaurants these days.

My wife took me here for my first time & I love it. She got Pho Tai & I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. We also got a side of rangoons to split. The portions were generous, the food tasted amazing (even the pad thai), and the service was wonderful. This place is the perfect quiet date spot. Kenny was our server, & we’re hoping to see him again when we come back. He made our experience with his kind smile. I had no expectations when we pulled up, and I was pleasantly surprised by everything. Please treat these people and this business like gold. That’s exactly how they made us feel. This is by far my FAVORITE pho spot! The service is always top tier and the food is even better! The food is always piping hot, extremely fresh, and amazing flavors! You can taste that everything is truly made to order and homemade. Kenny is so attentive and personable with every customer he truly is the best. For the prices, this little restaurant is all you could ask for. The dining room is simple and clean. The service is attentive and helpful. My meal was perfect. I am familiar with Vietnamese cuisine in DC, Ft Lauderdale, and some other cities, but was impressed my friend knew of a place in Indy. I'm used to ordering Hanoi Grilled Pork in DC and our waiter pointed out a similar dish on the pretty comprehensive menu, so l said yes. It was BETTER than l am used to, with a small amount of rice stick noodles and a nice bed of chewy, delicious, *grilled* rice under the pork. Normally this came on noodles in my experience, but the rice was a treat, with a nutty, concentrated flavor and firm, but not undercooked texture. I highly recommend What the Pho and l will return on my future trips to Indianapolis!
