Food was good, service was terrible. Ceiling panels are gross and falling in. Refills are not free. Found out the hard way as it's not stated in the menu nor did the waiter mention it. When questioned about the refill charge he called us inappropriate names and told us not to come back. He also wouldn't let us pay him a tip. Maybe stick to take out?

We drove all the way from the Southside to go here after seeing it on TikTok we had to try it. The food was amazing, staff was amazing! I highly recommend.
never ever have I ever experienced such horrible service and attitude from the staff here.the person who helped us was incredibly rude saying stuff like "you chinese people have no patience" "chinese people always rush" "Americans have patience"like I'm sorry for wanting to ask for a menu because we hadn't gotten helped for a while.all in all we had a horrible experience here today.and way to generalize an entire ethnic group.distastefulthe food is also bland.

I ordered Kimchi Pho and Vietnamese coffee and my mom got Veggie Tofu Pho definitely coming back! Service is outstanding and a peaceful environment!
