Piada Street Food is a really cool "build your own" pasta and Italian restaurant that has a concept similar to Qdoba or Subway, allowing you to choose from restaurant selections or create your own bowls or salads. A fun way to grab lunch, with tasty and healthy ingredients. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with a patio and so it's a nice retreat for lunch or dinner. Service is great.

Italian food in the style of chipotle. It’s not terrible, but there are probably better options. Pasta especially is highly variable in quality. A single serving is likely to have noodles that are both a little soggy and a little dry.Again, it’s not bad for what it is, but to me it’s more for when you just need something to eat.

Avacadoe salad was good. They took off their steak and blue salad which was sad. DO NOT get the salmon it was so fishy we had to pick it off the wrap. And I could still taste the fish.

In our travels, this came up to try. What an interestingly delicious concept! Whatever the Piada burrito was, it was NOT a tortilla!!! It is thinner, lighter, and delicious!!! We tried the Piada sticks and that is a do not miss option. Meatballs were delicious, but could have had the cheese melted more, I would have asked if I wasn't shoveling it in my mouth! We will definitely be back.

Brutal. Service is rough. Manager and staff not friendly. MANY better options around keystone. Skip this place-you will be glad you did. Go to Giordanos for much better service, better food, better atmosphere and much nicer staff and food is about to e same price. Skip this place.

Love this place! The food is so bomb. I always create my own, I add a lot of veggies and salmon with sauce. I always get the PARMESAN PIADA STICK with all of my meal. I love service, everyone is always nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant was calm and clean.

Good food, but I've been to Italy many times, and I don't think I've eaten any of this stuff there.

On a whim, I stopped to try it out. I drive by it every day going to my apartment. Great assortment of wraps, bowls, and salads... but not overwhelming...just right in my opinion. I tried the carbonara pasta bowl. In a word, "absolutely delicious" (guess that was two words). Flavorful when I was looking for good taste and certainly filling-I had the large to go (hence, I did not rate the atmosphere). You pick your basic dush, choose a protein, and then any added greens and grains to add to it. The team was gracious, I told them it was my first time. They walked me through the basics, and I added things I love extra like tomatoes and cucumbers. I'm glad I stopped I. And I will be back!

You should really make sure your customer doesn't speak Spanish before trying to talk sh** right in front of me. I was simply clarifying the cost of my order.

Piada is one of my favorite spot to dine. The service is great and you're able to carry out or dine in Avocado salad is one of my favorite. I typically get the larger bowl because it's more fulfilling. If you can't eat it all when setting, they do have an option for you to put the dressing on the side to enjoy later.
