Pier 48 Fish House and Oyster Bar

The food and atmosphere was great!!! Our server Gregory was amazing, friendly and attentive!!!! I’m surprised it wasn’t busy.

My wife and I dine here frequently. Jamie always reserves us a great table! The chicken Parmesan is awesome as well as the Salmon and steak. My wife loves the chicken nachos. Never a disappointing meal! We’ve had excellent service from Gregory, Jennifer and Khirston to make it an enjoyable experience every time. The location is great for events at Gainbridge with convenient valet parking.

The soup was called. It took 40 minutes for a regular lunch sandwiches and no one was in there.

Service was horrible. Multiple people walked out when we were there. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Feta dip was good. Mahi mahi sandwich was okay. It’s convenient because of its proximity to the stadium. I don’t think that I would come here again.

We are from the gulf coast and were a little hesitant about trying seafood in the midwest. Should not have been. Pier 48 is amazing. The Mahi Mahi was so good, as was the lobster mac and cheese. I'm not one to intrigue, but the Mahi Mahi might be the best seafood dish I've ever had.

Furthermore, the service was fast and incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was electric, and it doesn't hurt that the NBA Finals was being played across the street.

Absolutely will go back.

Manager was very accommodating on my request to change from a booth to table. This was right before a Pacer game and they were very busy but helped me out no problem. Highly recommend this place. Great service and good food.

Great place for drinks and a bite before the Pacers games! A little pricey and the quality could be better.

Great place to eat prior to a Pacer basketball game as the arena is just across the street. We went prior to game 3 of the NBA Finals game. Despite a full capacity in the restaurant, there was excellent service and our meals were brought out without delay. The oysters and seafood are very good. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious

We were delayed in traffics due to the pacers game and the manager called to confirm we were still on our way which was nice. We arrived and they had our table ready, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was quick, hot and just wat we ordered. There was some confusion about our parking ticket validation but the manager clarified and help correct. It was appreciated and made for an enjoyable evening! We will be back.

We ate here 3 times over the weekend and twice this day . Great food! Bar service was phenomenal but the dinner service was not as attentive . Took awhile to get our To go utensils for the to go desserts upon finishing our dinner . Our desserts had ice cream so this made for melted ice cream when we got upstairs to our room . All in all it was a great dinner!

First of all, do not get the oysters, the cocktail sauce is terrible and made me sick. Second of all they changed their menu does not like it used to be in the food quality has gone down dramatically. Wouldn't recommend going here.

First we ordered appetizers. The fried calamari seemed to have been “re-fried.” Extremely crispy. There were more crumbs/fried breading than there was actual calamari. My friend ordered a fish dish. The fish was tough and over cooked. We asked for shrimp cocktail. They were out. The place was practically empty and our server rarely showed up to check on us. We had empty drinks more than filled drinks. This is a SEAFOOD restaurant. We expected the seafood to be prepared well. It was not. We've given this place two chances. Disappointed both times. We will not be back.
