These people do not care about quality or service, waited two hours for a spaghetti dinner was promised a free order and they reneged..How they stay in Business is beyond me!!

We have always gotten great pizzas and wings in past but this time the pizzas were bown on tops and like dry cardboard and the wings were super salty and sauce didn't taste like hot wing sauce. We ordered 67 bucks worth of food and only things halfway decent was the cheese sticks and they also were close to overcooked. So very disappointed we won't go there anymore and miss the original staff that was there before.

IM NEVER IN LIFE EATING HERE AGAIN I FOUND A DEAD ROACH IN MY PIZZA BOX ALONG THE SIDE OF MY PIZZA, I COULD ONLY IMAGINE WHAT ELSE COULD OF HAPPENED IF I WASNT PAYIN ATTENTION!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Placed my order on 12/1 they charged 38.00 to my card. Savannah called back all most 20 mins later to say driver would deliver in my area as they have before, called back for Savannah rep said she'd have her to call- NOTHING YET. Still no refund or food. Still waiting for Mark Stone to contact me about my refund & Nothing yet. Will never order their food again.

First impressions are everything, and this place made one hell of a first impression! Amazing customer service, great food, and a great price. I'll definitely be coming back here again and again! The guy in the glasses must own the place cus you can tell he genuinely cares. 10/10!

Pizano's Pizza has to be one of the top two pizzas in Indianapolis might be a top three haven't tasted godfathers in a while and you can only get them at truck stops or downtown but I haven't been to downtown yet but Paisano's Pizza you can't go wrong

I placed an order for delivery which stated within 45mins. After 1hr and 15mins, i called to check the status. I was told the driver ran out of gas and he should be here shortly. 30 mins later i called to check the status and was told once again he should be here shorlty. They did absolutely nothing for the inconvenience. Horrible service!!!
Friendly staff the food was great i got an extra large meat lovers that definitely hit the spot 10 of 10 will order again

We ordered a small pizza to be delivered tonight. I haven't eaten Piezano's for a long time, but I remember the thick crust being really thick like a pan pizza. This pizza was really disappointing. We paid $21ish for a small pizza and delivery (not including tip), and, honestly, I've had better gas station pizza. The was nothing wrong with the customer service. The pizza, though, was just "meh". Live and learn. Will not be ordering from them again. ?
