I got pizza .. ingredients were subpar.. the ham was old.. I called and lady stated that ALL items were FRESH .. terrible customer service skills ..I will never return & will be disputing the charges.. so sad .. Jacks here I come ..🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Additionally, the woman that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!

I ordered two pizzas for my team and they only sent one and then when they sent the second one it only had six pieces of chicken on the pizza. First of all it was crazy that I ordered two pizzas and you only sent one. Then you tried to tell me that you thought I wanted the chicken on the other Pizza. Then when they discovered they made a mistake they still sent a pizza back that was not even worthy of serving to my children. I will never order from you again

You'll need a dentist appointment after eating this pizza. Its hard as a rock. They have good toppings and BBQ sauce though
Got stuck at Fastenal for 12 hrs! Called a few places to see if they would deliver here! This spot was the only place that would! Pizza was great but the service was way gooder! Danielle was outstanding!

I don't leave reviews, but Angie was fantastic and deserves a shout out.
I am allergic to all things milk and I put in the notes. "No cheese. Allergic" I received a call from from her advising me that the pizza sauce contains parmesan and asked if I would like to do something else instead.
In today's world, this is above and beyond what most people provide for customer service and I am very appreciative of it.

I love Pizanos pizza, I order it every weekend.. The manager Danyelle is very polite and attentive.. She makes sure all my issues are corrected, and I have minimum issues there.. GREAT SPOT GREAT PIZZA THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO
