Had a carry out, Gf picked it up and didnt check it….. Went to eat it and found it was wrong. Called and spoke with a lady in the store about 20 mins after the pick up who asked if I wanted her to remake them on give a credit, I asked for a credit. This was on Nov 29th it’s no Dec 11. I called and asked to use the credit and was told I didn’t have one. The lady on the phone night I m assuming is the manger said she was on vacation and didn’t know who I would have talked to… I explained what was wrong and what “her store” said and all I got was a “sorry I don’t have a credit for you”. I should have got a name apparently. Also credits are only good for 14 days as well. Piss poor customer service.

Vegetarian options: Basic veggies that come on pizza they don’t have gluten-free pizza. They’re not gluten sensitive at all.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten-free or gluten sensitive if you want normal regular pizza it’s a good place to go. Anything else no.
Parking: There’s a whole parking lot you can park in or you can pull right up and park right in front of it
Kid-friendliness: This is a only pick up place. Do not take your kids.

Told the guy at the front I was here for my carry out order and he gave me a thumbs up and went to the back. I could see my order in the warmer so I waited a couple minutes. When no one came back up front, I saw a lady in the back so I said hi! I’m here for my carry out order and she said “ok we’re making orders” and rolled her eyes at me. Thankfully the manager came up front and handed me my order. On customer service alone, I will not be back.

They filled both of them. One is halfway. One is only one fourth full.Their website location store tab doesn't even work. You can't even complain on them
Ordered my pizza n bn sitting here waiting for it n they had canceled my order n didn't even tell me..smh..I found out after I tried to track my order...if you're not gona deliver don't take the order 20 mins before closing..now I gotta try to find something else open after waiting for nothing ?

The GM was very nice the manager was rude the pizza is hardly ever right I don't think I will go there any longer it is not that clean in there either you can plainly see in the back that they don't have that together completely
