I went to this location to get pizza to feed the Homeless in this cold night and I told the cashier at the drive thru window I needed plates an Napkins because I was feeding the homeless they told me about wings an fries they sat out for the homeless to get an told me I could grab those too I want to thank you guys so much you guys where a blessing and I am glad that I could be a blessing to the community too

Last night on October 4th I placed an order on the app my pickup time was 8:38 as I got there they told me I had to wait an extra 25 minutes so I waited because they were backed up with 25 order pizza after I waited the extra 25 minutes they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes and so on I waited about 3 hours to file two complaints and nothing this morning my money was not returned or any credit return to me or the pizza as I talk to the store manager he said he couldn't find my order I gave him my phone. Then he said he had to call his store manager figure out if I was telling the truth because he said my order was cashed out and picked up after waiting 3 hours I left home and after I told him that I had filed two reports last night and gave them all the information and my order number everything they asked for he switched up the story and said well now I have to send it to investigation so they can see the cameras and rewind the footage and I told him straight up that they'll see that another picked it up and I was at the window three times. This place is shady they are liars and thieves

Placed and order online. Website said 35 minute wait time.Was called and hour after the order was to be delivered, by door dash, washer advised he was waiting on my order, would he about ten minutes more before order was ready. A hour passed after doordash call, still no order. Called store number 6 times, which i received 6 different call center customer service reps who transferred me to the store that refused to answer. Finally got ahold of the washer who had accepted my order, who was beyond rude, unhelpful and hug up on me twice. Manager stated was 2 hour wait for any who had ordered in the past 2 hours or so and refused to do anything to make issues right.

To no fault of the team. The pizza is awful and the bread sticks are not the same. I have not had Pizza Hut in 20 years and let me tell you the taste is way different. That's the worst takeaway pizza I think I've ever had. The pizza had no flavour what so every. I will never eat pizza hut again. I know it's not the teams fault because you can tell it was cooked well and they took there time to do it right. The ingredients that come from corporate are the problem you can tell. My opinion is pizza hut just needs to go bankrupt. They haven't been valid in years and now I see why.
Go somewhere else! Save yourself the trouble! I asked them to credit or refund the 2 liter they forgot to give me. I was told they don't do that anymore, I have to come back to the store. You should try being efficient if that's your policy. If you mess up you should fix it but your reviews let me know that doesn't matter to you.
