Manager Terrance showcased excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills after door dasher mistakenly mixed up deliveries. I appreciate him going over and beyond to correct this issue.

The store doesn't answer their phone. Even Pizza Hut themselves couldn't get anyone to pick. The order people from wherever the service desk were nice enough to try when I gave up and called them. Kudos for Pizza Hut Corp, - several million for the branch. After not having Pizza Hut since I was little, I'm pretty happy with the food, it's good and generally they aren't this bad, but never speedy either based on my very limited ordering from them (3 times).

Ordered online 2 lg pizzas, a 2 liter of diet pepsi, & order of breadsticks with dipping sauce. Door dasher delivered pizzas & breadsticks but no 2 liter & no dipping sauce. :( He said they didn’t give him any. Calls to the store went unanswered. Not worth my time to drive to store. Guess it will be Papa Johns next time.
