The store was FILTHY. The employees were deplorable. It was dark and the outside lights weren't turned on. The drivers pulled in front of the store forcing patrons to walk around their cars. I ordered a two topping pizza and 5 out of 8 pieces didn't have mushrooms on it, plus two pieces were only covered with half the cheese. I would have asked them to remake it but I already waited an hour for carry out. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I did a Grubhub order for delivery. After making my online order, I called the restaurant and asked for extra guacamole, they said yes, and then NOTHING. I also ordered a spicy tostada, and it wasn't in the order. DISAPPOINTED.

We had a terrible experience with this location. The first time in the drive through the worker, Jasmine, seemed very distracted. She was laughing and talking with someone else while taking the order. She finally gets it right on the screen but when we get home half of the order is missing. Surprise surprise. We go back to the store and my boyfriend goes inside with the receipt and the food. The guy inside, John, barely even looks at my boyfriend and tells him there's nothing he can do but call his manager, Alyssa, in the morning. Fantastic. We go back through the drive thru and order the exact same thing as the first time. Once again Jasmine is laughing and talking while taking our order. We checked the number of items when driving away and it was correct however once we got home we noticed that everything was wrong, wrong, wrong. My boyfriend and I ended up eating one crunch taco a piece and then going to McDonald's. STAY AWAY.

Worst Taco Bell ever! I've been multiple times as it's 1 minute from my house. They're always extremely slow, forgetting something I ordered, or out of supplies. The past three times I went they were out of tortillas the first time, beef the second and eggs just now. They took my order just now in the drive thru & once I got to the window they said they couldn't fulfill it because of being out of eggs. SHUT IT DOWN!

I have ordered from here a few times and every time something is wrong. One time the sent me and my roommate the complete wrong pizza and refused to bring us a new one because they were too busy. What??? That makes no sense. Another time they were a hour late on deliver time (which ok I understand it can be busy) but they forgot an entire pizza then when I called them about it they said they couldn't deliver it but told me they would credit my account with the amount for a new pizza which never happened. When my roommate and I called in to talk the manger the person who answered was very rude to me even though I really just wanted my food. Then when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manger. If that's so then the hiring process here needs to be reevaluated because seriously what the hell.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I live right across the street from this location, but I choose to drive a few miles away if I am ever wanting to eat Taco Bell. The service is horrible and the food isn't even edible. I ordered from here months ago and got food poisoning. My girlfriend had gone in to complain and the manager didn't even care. I then e-mailed corporate and they did reach out, but didn't follow back up with me. I think this place either needs to just shut down or get a new manager to do a complete over-haul.

This place is horrible! They seem to be out of product a lot and we are always missing items. Finally we decided if we want Taco Bell from now on we will just have to make the drive to a different location. They don't even deserve 1 star!

This place is ridiculous. Our order is missing items 80%of the time at the drive through. The last 2 times I pulled up, they immediately said they were out of main ingredients. One time it was taco meat, the other it was tortillas.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't do 0!!!! This place is a disgrace & should close or get an entire new staff. After 10 minutes trying to order, they of course got the order wrong. The girl taking the order, Darci - was totally clueless and only wanted to argue. We tried to diffuse the situation, so asked for a manager. Dorian - WHAT A JOKE?!?! He was even worse that her! Stay away from this place - we got our money back (but not the 20 minutes we wasted!) and went to the one at 16th & Arlington - a total night & day experience.
