I put in a very large order of 24 large pizzas and 6 double orders of breadsticks for a business lunch for 75 + people. Patrick the manager was very polite “sir” over the phone and made sure preparations were in place for my order the following day. The General Manager Dakota was also very helpful in ensuring that my food order was 100 % correct, hot and on time!!! In fact Dakota delivered it personally and was very friendly and professional. They definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially for large orders! Tim

I ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut app and it couldn't have been easier. Pick your Deal or Meal, add or remove toppings and pay. COULDN'T be easier! As per usual I was 10 minutes early and found that my order was ALREADY done. Fantastic!
I neglected to get the name of the you man who made my pizza
and I regret that, he certainly deserves a personal shoutout!

No stars I this world is going to crap i purchased 3 pizza and got one free I bit into the first slice there was a piece of hair about 4 inches long, then later I got another slice from another box and another piece of hair very nasty. The appearance and the smell of the store looks and smells like the owners just gave up which sucks because this use to be a good place to eat in and pick up from the employees look like they slept in their uniforms got up and just came to work and i get it people are over worked and under paid so I blame this on management. You can taste the low morale in every bite, not only that but the pizza smelled like somebody sat old coffee pot or something on it. the lady at the counter was friendly but it was not enough to make me want to go back. You all should do a deep clean repaint the walls provide new uniforms to he employees and find a way to boost morale because it shows in your product wash the windows clean and repair the parking lot do better or close.

I honestly wouldn't give 1 star if it would let me. My husband and I walked in the gentleman asked what we wanted and we told him. Than he proceeds to tell us that they have more than 1 dinner box which we are aware of( we told him which one we wanted) he proceeded to get an attitude and be rude. By saying like I told you we have more than one box. So I looked at my husband and said we are leaving. I work on customer service and that was the most rudest and unhappy person. I will also be contacting corporate office.
Placed an online order and 5 minutes before it was supposed to arrive (after waiting about 45 minutes already) I was given a notice that the order was canceled. Turns out they were out of everything I ordered and instead of doing the common sense approach by letting me know right after placing the order that there was a problem they instead made me wait the whole time before last minute canceling it. When I called to try and figure out why my order didn't go through I had the pleasure of dealing with gen z customer service which is a dude getting argumentative with me for asking where my food was and trying to deflect blame on everything other than themselves. Take responsibility for messing up. Now I get to wait a few days for my bank to refund me and struggle to find another option for food.
Pizza cold and not cut all the way through or even evenly all the way through or evenly driver was rude had my soda sitting on top of my pizza so it was smashed I've attached pictures for you can see how the different cuts were
The rude, heavy set, out of breath,sweaty, Caucasian guy that made, cut, and served me my order had really bad energy. His attitude was not welcoming at all. He was angry, overwhelmed, and behind with only 3 orders coming out the oven.The wait was too long. He even forgot items from my order.(Soda). I didn't even want to go back to get it because His attitude toward me came off kind of racist. He never welcomed ,thanked, or even apologize about anything

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE!! No stars. 1.5 hours after I ordered it, i got cold pizza. I brought the pizza back and I was unable to wait for the whole order to be remade and was not given ANY compensation for the cold late pizza. Owner took the pizza and I never got credit or a refund. He did not reply to the bbb report. He was rude and unprofessiona. HE couldn't communicate to the Hispanic door dash driver they were using for delivery. HOW DOES THIS LOCATION STAY OPEN???
There service was ok gave them a tip went back and asked for some marinara sauce charged me for that after the tip asked for extra chz which I would have paid.the man says it's measured i said im paying still didn't get it. Pizza just looked terrible. Pizza hut has went way down since then

I placed a delivery order at the Castleton location and I didn't receive half of my order. This store uses Doordash for delivery, the driver stated she only received the items she brought and I would have to contact the store to replace the items and another Dasher would have to bring my items to me. I drove to the Pizza Hut to retrieve the missing items. I explained what happened to the lady at the counter and she told me I would have to take that issue up with Doordash. She can't replace the items unless Doordash calls them and tells them to replace the items. I told her I don't want a refund, I only want the missing items and they should already be available since it was a few minutes from the delivery. She stated she's not replacing my food or money and to call Doordash. I called Doordash and they said she's misinformed and they can't help either since my order was placed through the Pizza Hut site. Doordash is a 3rd party and they cannot see the receipt. I spent money for food I didn't get, poor customer service at the location, and an overall bad experience. I am greatly disappointed and will not order there again.

The cinnamon sticks actually stuck to the cardboard box could not even eat them. They were so burnt tasting.
