Ordered pizza and wings. Food came was hot. Found hair in our wings. We threw out the wings because GROSS. And Rochelle left me an attitude filled voicemail about Lipton Tea. WHICH I NEVER ordered. Last time we will order from this Pizza Hut. Especially after hair in our food. Wasted money.

There’s a reason why this location is closing early and has to use DoorDash for delivery. After spending 61 dollars on a delivery order and giving a tip the food I received was absolutely ridiculous. Stuffed crust pizza so burnt the cheese was on top of my pizza. The cheese bread was raw. They don’t pick up their phone so you’re forced to drive up there anyway and then told you can’t have your money back. I left the food on the counter. Now I’m out 61 dollars and our dinner.

we ordered the family deal, 2 medium pizzas with breadsticks and hot wings for 29.99$. For what you get it’s a great value, only blunder was i ordered on the app and when i went to the pizza hut close to me on emerson i learned it sent the order to the other pizza hut further away on emerson.

This is the worst experience I have had in my life! I ordered online. Arrived at the location no one was at the counter! the monitor read my order was ready! I stayed in the counter waiting for 20 minutes! Pushed the ring many times! I saw a guy in the back yelling I couldn’t hear what he was yelling I saw him kept doing what ever was doing ! I press the ring again he came to the front and told me pressing the ring is not going to make me take care of you any faster! He went back to the kitchen! I wait another 10 minutes! The guy came back with some actitud like I owned him money ! I asked why I have to wait so much if he came earlier to tell me ringing the bell won’t make him take care of me faster ! He told me “It is what it is”! This guy should not be working with customers! I’m will never visit any Pizza Hut I’m my life again! Period.. stay away of this place! Horrible experience!
