Love my Pizza Hut on Shadeland! They do their best for being slammed all the time. Yes, they may take a little while to get to the counter, but it's because they are busy in back processing orders. Never had a problem here. :)

Got there with the employee outside with friends when our order said ready 10 minute prior to showing up. Wasn't even ready, said 5 minutes and 10 goes by still waiting on order.

I picked up my own order with no issues, but when I arrived, my order was just being put in the heat box. It was great timing on my end! The food inside the box is what got me!!!! The bread sticks were stuck to the box like I mean hard as a rock!!! The pizza was cooked way too long and hard !! Sad bc I love Pizza Hut, and I've never had this experience b4 !!!!!

Ordered takeout and didn’t receive food.
We ordered but didn’t receive our food online and went to pick it up and said they didn’t see our order.
We didn’t get a refund, we called the store multiple times and when someone finally answered they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
We then went on their custom service website and it said they were having technical difficulties with receiving online orders…why wasn’t that on their main website? Idk
On the cs website they said if this happened to email them and guess what…they only take emails from Europe and Ireland:/
This place is literally just a scam company with horrible employees

The delivery driver was unacceptable he did not bring the food to my door my daughter had to go down there and get it.Thanthe delivery driver told my daughter next time tell yo mama to give me a tip. That is unacceptable.your not getting no tip and you did not bring the food to my door
I ordered online and paid $45 for my order, my status online changed to order was delivered. I never received my order. I called the store multiple times over 30 minutes and nobody never answered the phone! Totally unacceptable! Now I’m just out of my money and food !! Update : someone answered than hung up ! Called back again and still no answer smh

Pizza Hut, I am talking to you as a Corporate whole, the Manager, Shannon, y'all need to keep her at all costs! She is an amazing person who makes our experience there wonderful! And we ordered our usual today and I found this on the pizza box! This has 100% made our day, even though her day was not the greatest. She took time and did this. This is something special that is rarely seen today. Pizza Hut, do not lose this special person!
