The lady with the pink hair didn’t even care to ask me what my order was she saw us pull up to get our food WE PAID for (online order ) and just told us they were closed threw the window we pulled up 15 min before The store closed and they were all ready closed (9:40) supposed to close at 10. She saw us standing outside trying to tell her what happened with the order but instead she just dismissed us and ignored that we were outside trying to talk to her .moments later We saw her take our food home with her looked like the order we had made.

Place my order over the phone told me it’ll be a 35 minute wait got to the Pizza Hut standing in line another 30 minutes just standing in line just so my breadsticks would look like this hard as a rock

The staff works at Pizza Hut because they chose to , Pizza Hut did not seek them out! Could you just do better? The pizzas we picked up were a mess, looks like the toppings were dumped on, presentation is just awful and does not taste good! Also we’re pretty sure the transaction to pay was canceled. We paid cash and the app is saying our order was never picked up… sooo who got that cash?? Hope it helped whatever situation they are struggling with!

The 1 star is justified. I have always ordered from pizza huts and this one is awful. They won’t cook your pizza right, it’ll be floppy and cold and if you get veggies on your pizza they will literally put all the veggies in one spot. What a total waste of money and I won’t be buying from this particular Pizza Hut again. Hire better workers or shut down period.

Ordered over the phone. Didn’t get my food. Every time I tried calling the store, they didn’t answer or hung up on me, and they wouldn’t refund me.
I actually went to pickup my order as I was standing in front of the counter…I watched them put my entire order in the warmer (I didn’t know at the time it was mine) then I still stood for another 15 minutes even though I didn’t get there until the app said my order would be ready! When the cashier walked to the front, now there were 2 more people waiting ( one was there prior to my arriving) he pointed at me as if he FORGOT I was there. All this after I left a freaking tip and he took it out of register and put it in his pocket, I thought it would get shared but I doubt it. He pulls that order out of the warmer that I saw them place in there 15 minutes prior, I said “ well, I saw them put that in there 15 minutes ago, and no one could have given it to me? “ His comment was” Its all there” . What? I didn’t ask that , however when I get home the Pizza WAS WRONG! Omg. Really I know it’s hard to find good workers but they really need to be fired if they are going to come to work high, and it was OBVIOUS! I ordered two pizzas with a double order of breadsticks. Not hard but one pizza was to be thin crust cushy pepperoni and extra cheese which I PAID FOR AND DIDNT GET, the second pizza was supposed to be Tavern style ( it too was thin, not what I ordered) with cushy pepperoni. So both pizzas were wrong and everything by the time we made it home was cold BTW, I understand that this weather keeps the floors a bit dirty when people walk in and around with mud and snow on their feet, but they have dirt all over the walls and tables and doors meaning if the front is that dirty, just how dirty is the kitchen they are cooking in??

It's been some years since i ordered piźza hut. So disappointed, my whole order was cold. 52.00 wasted even the dawn pasta was cold. And missing my order of boneless wings. This is all after having to call to see why my delivery time kept being pushed out. HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE

Unfortunately, it saddened me to say that It is only a matter of time before this pathetic Pizza Hut location will be a thing of the past. Very Poor Professionalism, Very Dirty Floors and Walls, Very Loud Low Class Rap Music blaring from the overhead speakers. This is the ghetto pizza hut of America! I ordered a late night pizza a few weeks ago. I arrived to pick up my dinner only to discover there was no pizza. I explained that I ordered and paid for my food online. I never received my pizza or my refund. I used to love Pizza Hut but I'm finally done with Pizza Hut 😞

Love my Pizza Hut on Shadeland! They do their best for being slammed all the time. Yes, they may take a little while to get to the counter, but it's because they are busy in back processing orders. Never had a problem here. :)
